plotting with greedy doctors to consider selling the human organs of Falun
Gong practitioners for huge sums of money. Needless to say, their plans are
cruel and heartless to the extreme. One source indicates that a certain
hospital in the city of Shijiazhuang, specializing in Chinese medicine, has
received 6 such requests. Everyone, especially the families of the
practitioners who are in jail, are asked to pay close attention to this
development. The only way to prevent your loved ones from becoming victims
to such a horrifying crime is to expose the evil deeds of the authorities. Another source suggests that the plot might focus on those practitioners
who have been detained for long periods of time without being allowed to
write to or receive visits from their families. The families and friends of

death while in police custody in October 2000. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Wang Bo was brutally
beaten by the police in Tiananmen Square Practitioner Wang Bo, 19, went to Tiananmen Square to hold up a Falun
Gong banner and appeal for Falun Gong. She was brutally beaten by the police
on the square and then thrown into a police van. After she was transported
to the Tiananmen Police Station, a police officer conducted a body search
and robbed 600 Yuan from her. She is currently being held in the Shijiazhuang 1st Detention Center
since December 8th). Practitioners who are being detained along with her
include Huang Liping (38, female), Xing Qiying (52, female), and Liu
Zongtong (male). [Yanji Region, Jilin Province] News from the Yanji Region In order to prevent local practitioners from going to Beijing to appeal
for Falun Gong during the New Year, the Yanji government forced all local
practitioners to attend a "transformation" class in the Shijian
Paper Mill. Several former practitioners who had been released from the
labor camps after pledging to "break away" from Falun Gong gave
"transformation" lectures. Among these former practitioners is the
former head of the Yanji Falun Gong Assistance Center Jin Shanyu. Anyone who
refused to write similar statements was forced to remain in the
"class" and underwent "forceablel transformation." Those
female practitioners who were especially determined were sent directly to
the Changchun Hezuizi Female Labor Station. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Not being able to let go of my fear, I
fell victim to the "transformation squad" My name is Geng Li, and I was arrested on October 26th, 2000 for
performing Falun Gong exercises on Tiananmen Square. I was first sent to the
Tiebei Detention Center in Changchun, and then moved to the Hezuizi Labor
Station at the end of November. Having heard many times how terrible the Hezuizi Labor Station was, I was
very afraid and felt a great deal of pressure. As soon as I entered the
labor station, several people who had pledged to "break away" from
Falun Gong were sent to talk to me. Some of them used Master Li's words to
excuse their deeds, and some of them intentionally mixed up different
concepts to confuse me. At the beginning, I knew in my heart that it was
wrong to write such pledges (renouncing Falun Gong) and tried not to
listen to them. Yet, because I was extremely afraid, after being hit with
electric batons and being tortured with other methods during the
interrogation sessions, I could not use the power of the Fa to hold on to
the righteous thoughts in my heart and let go of my fear. Instead, I became
even more afraid. In the end, I wrote a pledge promising to "break
away" from Falun Gong. Afterwards, I felt so remorseful that I just
wanted to die. At that time, several people who had already written similar
pledges talked to me again and tried to use the emotions of everyday people
to persuade me (that what I did was not wrong). Because I was still very afraid and did not study the Fa enough in the
past, I just could not hold on to the righteous thoughts in my mind.
Gradually after listening to them all the time, my feelings began to change,
and I felt that there was some merit to what they told me. I used that to
excuse my action and find a way to explain the pledge I wrote. Once my
feelings changed, my body immediately began to experience the illness that I
had before I started to practice Falun Gong. On top of the mental anguish
that I was experiencing, I felt that I had fallen seriously ill and was sent
to the hospital by the guards. Now, with help from other practitioners, I was able to escape from the
hospital. After studying the Fa, I realized that I had made a huge mistake.
So I decided to write down how I was "transformed," and I hope it
will serve as a warning to other practitioners. [Beijing] The crimes committed by police officers in the Yongdingmen
Police Station On October 27th, I personally witnessed how practitioners were being
tortured at the Yongdingmen Police Station in Beijing. They abused a female
practitioner in her 40s (who was assigned the code of F68) for a whole
night. First they did everything they could to force her to tell them her
name and address. (When she refused), they began to take turns beating her.
One person would beat her until he was too tired to continue, and then
another person would take over. They beat her deep into the night, when it
began to rain outside. The four police officers, who became worn out from
the beating, then peeled the jacket of the female practitioner off and
brought her outside. She was only wearing one thin layer of clothing, yet
they kept on throwing cold water at her until it filled her shoes. They
shouted, "If you do not tell us (what your name and address are), we
won't get any bonus this month." The practitioner just kept on telling
them, "There are consequences for good deeds and bad deeds." The
four police officers started feeling cold first and dragged her back inside.
They opened up the window and forced her to stand in front of it, so that
she would feel the cold air from outside. They even started a fan to blow
more cold air on her, but she still refused to say anything. They continued
to beat her into the next day, pausing only for breakfast, after which they
resumed the beating. When they were too tired to continue, they dragged her
outside to "shower" her again. The sun had started to rise by
then. They still would not give up and dragged her inside to blow cold air
on her again. They finally went home the next morning around 9 O'clock. The
police officers that took their places finally sent the practitioner back to
the detention center. [Huining County, Gansu Province] Practitioner Wang Pengyun abused by the
local authorities Wang Pengyun, male, 28, is from the Huining County, Gansu Province. The
police arrested him at the train station in Yumen City, Gansu Province for
carrying a large amount of Falun Gong materials clarifying the true facts.
Later, he was moved to the Wuwei City Railroad Detention Center. To protest
his illegal detention, he twice held hunger strikes. Recently, both his hands and feet have been tied to a chair, and fellow
inmates are watching him around the clock. Both of his legs are completely
swollen from being tied for such a period of time. Because he refuses to eat
anything, the police started an IV to sustain his life. [Beijing] Miyun Police viciously torture Falun Gong practitioners On December 16th, a group of Falun Gong practitioners were moved from the
Tiananmen Square Police Station to the Miyun Police Station. During the
interrogation sessions, the police applied a variety of methods to torture
those practitioners who refused to tell what their names and addresses were.
On top of being beaten and kicked, the practitioners were forced to remain
standing for hours at a time. Some practitioners were forced to sit on the
ground with their feet pinned down by a chair. The police then stuffed their
heads down to the chair as well to make it difficult for them to breathe.
Some practitioners were forced to raise their hands over their heads while
standing in a squatting position until they were too exhausted to continue.
Some police even said, "If you do not tell us your name and address, we
will get a few inmates to find a place and bury you alive. Nobody is ever
going to find out anything anyway.' Some practitioners were sent to the local detective squads for
interrogation. Some police peeled off their clothes, hit them with electric
batons, and whipped them with leather belts. Some police hit the
practitioners with electric batons so many times that they had to recharge
the electric batons three times. Some even burned the backside of the
practitioners with boiling water. [Changchun City, Liaoning Province] The guards at the Hezuizi Female
Labor Station use every conceivable method to "transform"
practitioners Currently, approximately 900 practitioners are being held at the Hezuizi
Female Labor Station in Changchun. It is so crowded there that there are
only 2 bunk beds for every 5 people. Some are forced to sleep on the
concrete floors. Every conceivable method is used to "transform" the
practitioners. When they first were thrown into the labor station, the
guards often tried to gently persuade them into writing pledges to
"break away" from Falun Gong. Anyone who refused to do so,
however, would be hit with electric batons on the neck repeatedly. In order
to "increase the intensity of the transformation," the electric
batons have been upgraded from low-voltage ones to high-voltage ones. Most of the correctional officers, from the head of the labor camp to the
guards, are women. Many of them are cruel yet shifty at the same time. They
often bring individual practitioners to the infirmary or the offices to
torture them, while the head of the labor camp pretends to have no knowledge

class was in session, they were not allowed to sleep, and there was no
running water, electricity or heat. In addition, their families were forced
to pay for their expenses in addition to large sums of money to guarantee
that they would not go to Beijing again before next July. Some of the
practitioners are still being held there. Supposedly it is the major
"transformation" site of the county. A vice chairman of the local
public security bureau, an executive general secretary of the local
Communist Party branch, and the head of the local police station are all
staying there to watch over the practitioners. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] The crimes committed against Falun
Gong practitioners by the Hebei Information Technology Research Institute A number of practitioners from the Information Technology Research
Institute in the city of Shijiazhuang have gone to Beijing to appeal for
Falun Gong. Recently, the 373rd Police Station forced two practitioners to
pay fines between 20,000 to 30,000 Yuan each (2 or 3 years of an average
salary). In the receipts given to the practitioners, the police wrote down
numbers that were 5000 Yuan less than the actual amount of each fine
(presumably so that they can keep the money for themselves). They also
announce that there is a 3000 Yuan reward for anyone who turns in a
practitioner for posting Falun Gong flyers. [Fengrun County, Hebei Province] Many local practitioners arrested for
telling the truth about Falun Gong In the past few days, many local Falun Gong practitioners have been
arrested. The local police retrieved some of them from Beijing after they
were arrested for appealing for Falun Gong. It is rumored that each family
had to pay 10,000 Yuan (almost a year's worth of an average salary) to get
the practitioner back from the Beijing police. This county has also recently arrested many Falun Gong practitioners
responsible for distributing materials clarifying the true facts regarding
the persecution against Falun Gong. They confiscated more than a dozen
copiers and arrested several veteran practitioners. As a result, the work of
validating the Fa and telling the truth about Falun Gong has taken a serious

twice to appeal for Falun Gong, detained five times, held at the Anqiu
Township Transformation Center several times. His family has been monitored
and harassed by the local police for a long time. He was arrested at the end
of October for distributing Falun Gong materials clarifying the true facts
and sent to the labor station at the end of November. His current condition
is unknown. Wei Guoqing (40, male, the township of Linghe, Anqiu City) - went to
Beijing three times to appeal for Falun Gong, detained four times. He was
forced to attend transformation classes at the end of October, and was sent
to labor camps for continuing to practice Dafa. Lu Hongxin (40, male, Linghe Township) - sent to labor camps in December
of this year. Sun Guangming (30, male, Linghe Township) - sent to labor camps in

local Communist Party general secretary brought seven party members with him
to confiscate all of Su's bank deposit records, cash, motorcycle, and
farming equipment. Currently, Su is serving time at a labor camp. Su Baolan (26, female, daughter of Su Xiaoyo, Zhaoge Township) - went to
Beijing three times to appeal for Falun Gong, arrested and detained multiple
times. She was tortured mercilessly in the Township. At the end of October,
she was forced to attend transformation classes. After holding a 20-day
hunger strike, she was sent to the labor station in Jinan. The labor station
there refused to accept her, and she was sent to the labor station located
in the Zibowang village, where she was also rejected. After being released
for two days, she was again arrested and sent to another local labor

Wang Quanjie, and Li Xiangfen on December 18th, he found all three homes to
be locked. He then entered each person's home by jumping over the wall from
the neighbor's yard, causing property damage in two of the three homes. He
also harassed and terrorized the sister-in-law of Li Yujun. Before this incident, Li Huaijun had entered private residences many
times while the occupants were not there. His standard procedure was to jump
over the wall from the neighbor's yard. He also often harasses and
terrorizes Dafa practitioners when they are at home. One evening this summer
at around 11 PM, Li and six or seven accomplices broke into the home of Li
Yujun. When they found that he and his wife were not at home, they dragged
his son out of bed and questioned him on his parents' whereabouts. When the
child could not come up with an answer, Li Huaijun beat him. The
sister-in-law of Li Yujun has also been terrorized by Li Huaijun multiple

abuse, and she has received a total of 400 Yuan of pension. Crimes committed in the Fangzi district Wang Chuanfeng, the head of state security in the district, led a team of
policemen named Shao Weihua, Sun Yaoxin, Hao XX, among others, in the
torture of Wang Weihua. When Wang fainted from the beatings, they revived
