After New Zealand practitioners took the lead in celebrating the World Falun Dafa Day, practitioners in Sidney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Adelaide of Australia conducted 2 days of celebration and Falun Dafa promotion activities in succession.

On May 13th, the weather was exceptionally sunny in Sidney. At 9 o'clock in the morning, over 300 practitioners started group practice at Hyde Park. The practice site was decorated with colorful balloons imprinted with "Falun Dafa", "Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance", big Falun Dafa banners, and some introduction materials. Many passers-by made inquiries and some started learning the practice on spot.

At 11:30am, practitioners carried banners and balloons and started a parade from Hyde Park, which extended through several major streets until Darling Harbor. The parade extended more than 200 meters and attracted attention and inquiries from many people.

At 2:00pm, 260 practitioners went on board the Sidney Harbor Cruise at Darling Harbor. The vessel, which was decorated with banners writing "Celebrate World Falun Dafa Day!" and "Celebrate the 8th Anniversary of Falun Dafa Public Introduction!", navigated under the Sidney Bridge and headed for the Sidney Opera House. On the top deck of the Cruise, practitioners offered a practice demo.

On the same day, small group practice demo and Dafa promotion activities were held simultaneously in the Chinatown of Sidney, the neighborhood of Sidney Opera House, and the Dymocks Big Bookstore etc.

At 10:30am, May 14th, around 200 practitioners started group practice at Tumbalong Park in the center of the Darling Harbor. The group practice attracted many people's attention and inquiries. The promotion activities lasted until 3 o'clock in the afternoon and the 2-day celebration was successfully concluded.
