Photo Report: Tiananmen Square: Violent and Vicious Police vs. Peaceful and Brave Dafa Practitioners

1. A female practitioner unfurled a banner and ran across the Square while reciting the words on the banner loudly. She was knocked down by the plainclothes police. The process was recorded in photos 1 to 5 below.

2. An elderly western couple videotaped the violent scene. The plainclothes found it out and forced them to erase the recording. People in surrounding were all surprised by the ruthlessness of the police. The middle-aged man in the red and black jacket is a leader of the plainclothes police. (Photos 6 & 7)

3. An old practitioner from the countryside recited "Falun Dafa is Good!" out loud. He was caught by the plainclothes police. (Photo 8)

4. A large bus packed with Dafa practitioners was leaving the Square. Practitioners opened the windows, reciting "Falun Dafa is Good" and "Falun Dafa is the righteous Fa" out loud from within. (Photo 9)

5. Seeing that the police were beating people, the tourists approached and surrounded the violent scene. (Photo 10)

6. Police vans and large buses parked at Tiananmen Square, prepared for taking Dafa practitioners away. (Photo 11)

7. A young practitioner, approximately 4 years old, was taken to the police van. (Photo 12)

8. A tall, middle-age scholar recited "Falun Dafa Is Good" loudly and unfurled a banner. A group of plainclothes police dashed out and caught him. (Photos 13 -14)

That day, the sky was gray and hazy. There was no wind before 11 am, but there was grain-sized dust permeating the Square and falling down continuously.
