The Criminal Record of Yuan Zengguo of the Shahe City 610 Office, Hebei Province

(Clearwisdom Net) In order to gain political capital, get a promotion and make money, Yuan Zengguo, director of the Shahe City 610 Office (an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems) closely followed Jiang XX's policies to persecute Dafa practitioners. According to informed sources, in just small Shahe City, Dafa practitioners have been illegally detained and sent to forced labor education around 200 times. Several dozen practitioners are still being illegally detained in Shijiaozhuang Labor Camp and Handan Labor Camp where they suffer from inhuman torture. Practitioner Yang Shupin was sentenced without any evidence. Persecutors forced dozens of practitioners to separate from their families and wander about as refugees. Yuan Zengguo is clearly responsible for these situations. After drinking alcohol he once revealed, " If it were not for Falun Gong, I would not have been promoted to bureau level. I have greatly benefited from attacking Falun Gong."

At the beginning of June 2001, Yuan Zengguo, Jia Qifang and the party secretary of Zhouzhuang Office used staying in the Party School as an excuse to deceive Dafa Practitioner Niu Zhikang, office vice secretary (a graduate from a famous university). They kidnapped Niu and brought him to the Ren County brainwashing class. Niu is still in custody. Many people say that Niu had been illegally sent to forced labor education because of his firmness in practicing Falun Dafa. Next they tricked Huan Qingzhou, deputy head of the Dukou Office, into coming to the hotel. There they threatened Huan with putting him in a detention center in an attempt to force him to renounce Dafa and to lie on TV. Huan had to leave home twice in order to avoid them.

Niu Zhikang and Huan Qingzhou are good officers who have won universal praise in Shahe City. They worked very hard. They never competed with others for personal gain. They are clean, decent and honest. Neither would ever use his status for personal gain. Such good officers were sent to brainwashing classes to be "reformed." How can people who are already good be "reformed?" Should they be "reformed" into corrupt officers then? If this happens to such good people, one can only imagine whom those vicious people will persecute next.

Here we are sternly warning Yuan Zengguo and other people who helped in the commission of evil deeds: do not hurt good people who cultivate "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" just for your own personal gain, fame and interests. Otherwise, the heavenly principle that good is rewarded with good and evil is met with evil will soon come true for you.
