SOS! Urgent Rescue Journey by Car Around Australia Starts

On October 19, the SOS! Urgent Rescue Journey by Car Around Australia commenced from Sydney. Practitioners will first go north, then to the west, head south and then return to Sydney. The total distance of the trip is 16,000 km and it will take 2 months to complete the journey. The trip will pass 200 cities and towns and is scheduled to end before Christmas.

Dai Weiling, Chen Qiuhua and Li Ming will finish the whole route. Also joining them is Mr. Wu who was born and grew up in France and is now living in Australia. He volunteers to drive the car along the route. Mr. Wu is not a Dafa practitioner but he deeply understands that Dafa is good and agrees to the principle of Zhen-Shan-Ren. He wants to fulfill his wish by joining the trip: Let all Australian people know the truth of the brutal persecution by Chinese government against Falun Gong. So he made arrangements to have his friend take care of his business and he embarked on the trip with Dafa practitioners. During the trip, they are going to contact local governments, media, and local residents, distribute truth-clarifying information, collect support signatures, and disclose the brutal persecution by Chinese government against Dafa practitioners. They wish to awaken the conscience and justice of kind people to help stop the persecution and killing.

At 10:30, a press conference was held in front of the Chinese Consulate General in Sydney.

Practitioners taking part in the tour speak at the press conference. They tell the audience what Dafa gave them and why they are participating in the tour.

At noon, the SOS! Urgent Rescue Journey by Car Around Australia officially began. The car decorated with SOS! Urgent Rescue banners took practitioners on their Fa-rectification journey.
