New Jersey: Township Council of Parsippany-Troy Hills Passes Resolution Supporting Falun Gong and Condemning the Persecution by Chinese Government


On October 9, the Township Council of Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ unanimously passed a resolution in support of Falun Dafa condemning the harsh and repressive practices of the Chinese government, and stating that the Chinese government's actions against Falun Dafa practitioners represent a severe violation of human rights and civil liberties. The resolution proclaimed that theTownship Council of Parsippany-Troy Hills fully supports those who follow the peaceful example of Falun Gong practitioners.

In his speech, a representative of the Falun Dafa practitioners expressed their appreciation for the City Council's actions of upholding justice and condemning the evil. When the Vice Chairman of the council learned that practitioners would introduce Dafa to local residents, he at once called the city library and made an arrangement for practitioners to hold seminars there.
