Use Righteous Thoughts to Thwart the On-line Wanted List of Falun Dafa Practitioners

(Clearwisdom.Net) Police in China are currently conducting an on-line activity called "Pursuing & Capturing Criminals at Large." It is said that over three hundred thousand people are on the list, including over one thousand Falun Gong practitioners who have been maliciously and unjustly listed as "criminals at large."

Within three months, the Police Department in China has taken measures such as "designating tasks" and "bonus incentives" to entice the police to enforce this evil activity. It is now a policy that whoever captures an escaped criminal on the list will be rewarded 500 Yuan RMB (equivalent to a common worker's average monthly income) and rewards will be higher if anyone captures a criminal wanted at the provincial level or ministerial level.

In order to take credit and seek rewards, or to fulfill their tasks, some local public security organizations stop at nothing. At present, it is common to see police checking ID cards and using computers to identify individuals on the list. They even use computers at railway stations, on trains, by highways, on buses and in hotels, especially in big cities like Beijing, Taiyuan, Zhengzhou, and Shenyang. In major cities, computers have been set up in waiting rooms, booking offices, and entrances and exits of railway stations to help identify and inquire about those listed as escaped criminals.

Police in some places totally ignore all basic respect for humans. They arbitrarily initiate searches on any suspicious objects and examine every passenger coming and going. Those who didn't bring their ID cards with them were asked to report their personal information such as names, addresses, etc. Some people were examined several times at the same railway station. This made passengers very nervous and uncomfortable. The examinations were so frequent that conflicts occurred between some passengers and the police, while other passengers kept their resentment to themselves.

The way the new on-line "Pursuing & Capturing Criminals at Large" process works is: the police input all of the information that they obtain concerning an alleged criminal at large into a computer. Information such as name, age, registered permanent residence, ID card, etc. is maintained in the computer. Police across the country can use the data via the Internet to inquire about any suspicious person. The ID card has become the main item used for proof to affirm the criminals at large, since other information changes constantly. The Police Department has created special CDs containing the information on them for "Pursuing & Capturing Criminals at Large", or the police can also get information about key criminals at large by connecting to the web site of the Police Department.

The process is not sophisticated enough to confirm escaped criminals merely by checking an ID card. Although quite a few have been captured due to their ID cards or by revealing their true personal information, as of this time, not a single Falun Gong practitioner has been captured in this way. Because some police are greedy and anxious to obtain high rewards for capturing Falun Gong practitioners, they have instituted plans in their areas to watch over family members of some practitioners whose names are on the wanted list on-line. They attempted to capture these righteous practitioners, which shows the evil manifested in their mean and pitiful minds.

Our practitioners should clearly realize that these types of events represent the crazy but useless struggle of the evil at the last stage of Fa-rectification. We should all be aware of the importance of sending forth righteous thoughts and eradicating the evil. We should not allow the arrangements of the old forces to prevent any of our truth-clarifying activities. Especially, practitioners who have left their homes should have the necessary self-protective awareness to totally deny the arrangements of the old forces. Our first priority should be keeping and sending forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil. We should deal with any potential occurrences of danger with our righteous thoughts. It is obvious that the evil forces are at their wit's end. Even ordinary people can clearly see that as long as they do not reveal their true identity or bring their ID card around these areas being watched, there is no danger at all.

We should realize that truth-clarifying work is still not sufficiently completed in China. That is why some everyday people who have been hoodwinked by the false propaganda are still ignorantly attacking Falun Dafa. Therefore, we should clarify the truth of Falun Dafa overall, spreading Falun Dafa to all of the masses. Don't linger on, or be overly satisfied with, what we have already accomplished in clarifying the truth.. The thoughts of many people are not stable. When they hear more lies, they may begin to doubt Falun Dafa again or even attack Falun Dafa. So our truth-clarifying work should also have continuity. We should also "...Strive forward with every effort..." (from Teacher's article Enlightenment). Practitioners at home (Note: refers to those who have not been arrested or were forced to leave home)should send forth the righteous thoughts to destroy all attempts and arrangements of the evil while clarifying the truth of Falun Dafa. While eradicating the evil behind the police, we should restrain the computers from revealing anything about Falun Gong practitioners. We should validate Dafa in the battle between good and evil while perfecting ourselves.
