I am writing to you today regarding Toronto's sister city in China, Shenyang, and the torture camps that are present there.

I have met with representatives of Falun Dafa on a number of occasions. During our most recent meeting, I was informed of the torture camps that are operating in Shenyang in an attempt to suppress those who are practitioners of Falun Dafa. Mayor, the world has watched as China continues to violate the human rights of Falun Dafa supporters.

I would like to ask you to investigate these torture camps that are operating against Falun Dafa supporters in Toronto's sister city of Shenyang. We can not allow these human rights violations to continue.
