At 1pm on October 2, Houston practitioners held a press conference in front of the Chinese Consulate General: Expose the State terrorism of the Chinese government; call to abolish the 6.10 Office and bring Luo Gan to justice.

A reporter from a Chinese newspaper International Daily came to interview practitioners. Houston practitioners recounted the tragedy that had recently occurred in China whereby a female practitioner from Liaoning Province, Yu Xiuling, was thrown out of a 4^th floor window and was killed after a lengthy beating by police because of her practice of Falun Gong. Police quickly sent her body for cremation and labeled her death as suicide. Such deaths caused by police cruelties are thought to total more than 1,000 cases. Through the media, Houston practitioners asked all people of the world to call upon China to abolish the 610 Office, to bring Luo Gan to justice, and to curb the State terrorism of the Chinese government.

Practitioners will continue to make every effort to expose the evil, clarify the truth, help more sentient beings attain Fa, and eliminate the evil.
