The Evil and Unlawful Conduct of the Chinese People's Liberation Army #6410 Munitions Factory in Shijiazhuang City

The Chinese People's Liberation Army #6410 Munitions Factory is located in Jingxing County of Shijiazhuang city. Since July 20, 1999, the factory's leaders have been following Jiang Zemin's political directives and brutally persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. On September 4th, 2001, in mid-day, they kidnapped three practitioners from their workplaces, and forced them to join a brainwashing class in Luoyang Village of Jingxing County. These three practitioners are: Gao Zhenqing (female, over 30 years old), Li Xiuli (female, over 40), Gao Chunguang (male, over 30).

Each of them were extorted 7000 --8000 Yuan (Note: the average monthly income of an urban worker is 500 Yuan) by the factory after they went to Beijing validate Dafa in mid-December last year. Gao Chunguang was forcefully tied up by Li Zengyao, the head of the factory's Security Office, onto a big tree and was left to freeze for an entire night. A policeman with surname Zheng from the Police Department also barbarically pounded on his head with a drinking glass. Afterwards he shamelessly denied he had any involvement, and claimed that it was practitioner Gao who injured himself. The three practitioners were all unlawfully detained for a total of one month. In addition to these crimes, they were forced to write guarantees stating that they will give up their practice of Falun Gong. In confused states of mind, they complied, but after they becoming sober minded they made oral statements to the factory that all those guarantees were invalid and that they will continue to practice Dafa with a firm determination. From that point, the officials of the factory feared and hated the practitioners. In an effort to break these practitioners' wills, they came up with a plan to kidnap them and use any means, including brainwashing, to make them give up their faith in Falun Gong.

Regrettably, the officials carried out this plan and forced the practitioners into a brainwashing class. It was reported that this class lasted for three months and each person was again extorted more than 2000 Yuan. Even with this, the officials declared that more evidence needed to be obtained and the practitioners had to be confined for longer periods of time. The poor excuse they gave for this outrageous act was based simply on the fact that these three practitioners reiterated that they will continue to safeguard the Dafa of the cosmos, and that they will stand against being illegally kidnapped and forcefully brainwashed for doing so.

Prohibiting citizens to believe in "Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance", where are their conscience?
