Beijing's Vice-President, Hu Jintao, arrived in Scotland on Wednesday as part
of a five-day trip to Britain.
And when he arrived at the Museum of Scotland, he was met by about 60
demonstrators protesting about China's [...] treatment of followers of the Falun
Gong spiritual movement.
Demonstrators gathered in Edinburgh
Activists had written to First Minister Henry McLeish urging him to raise the
issues with Mr Hu when they had dinner that night at Edinburgh Castle.

Falun Gong practitioner Rosemary was one of about 30 protesters who gathered
at the Botanic Gardens.
