He Bing, female, 35-40 years old, has used the name "Catherine". She used to be a resident of Harbin City in China and is now living in Montreal, Canada. He Bing has been masquerading as a Falun Gong practitioner in her activities, but she has never been a Falun Gong practitioner.

In Montreal, she claims that she was the responsible person for the Falun Gong Assistance Center in Harbin. In the USA and other areas, she claims to be the responsible person for Falun Gong in Montreal. These are all lies.

He Bing has been distributing videos, audio and literature [similar to what the Chinese Embassy in Canada has distributed] that viciously defame Falun Dafa all over the place causing havoc. She has also been harassing the families of Falun Gong practitioners in an attempt to break up these families, but she has yet to succeed.

Recently, she began to publish articles in newspapers under the name of "Falun Gong practitioner in Canada" and made malicious personal attacks against Falun Dafa practitioners. In particular she has viciously attacked the founder of Falun Dafa and his family, whom she has never met.

He Bing has never been a Falun Dafa practitioner and has been ignoring other practitioners' kind advice and tolerance. Falun Dafa practitioners around the world and everyone please take note to avoid being deceived by her.
