In Teacher's article on June 23 of this year, "Dafa is Indestructible," Teacher clearly stated that we need to "clarify the truth thoroughly." To my understanding, only when we take all possible opportunities to thoroughly clarify the truth and expose the evil to the world, can we effectively suffocate the evil and rectify the cosmos.

Falun Dafa practitioners all over the world have done a good job in exposing the evil and telling the truth recently, such as holding activities during the United Nations Human Rights Conference in Geneva, the recent SOS campaigns which included practicing and promoting Dafa in front of Chinese Embassies and Consulates, holding photo exhibits and press conferences, and conducting global SOS walks. They all effectively suffocated evil forces. Especially in the United States and Canada, people utilized the legislative system to sue those unlawful Chinese officers who persecute practitioners in China, and this has had a very positive effect in intimidating the evil and eliminating disorder. I think practitioners as well as those who are supportive of and sympathetic to us can also clarify the truth to different branches of the United Nations and other international organizations, such as World Health Organization, Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), International Labor Organization (ILO), United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), etc. Besides United Nations, many international organizations pay much attention to human rights issues in various countries, and some even establish cases to investigate and discuss.

As Teacher said in his article "Persons in Charge of the European Fa Conference and All Attendees" on 3/19/01, "Clarifying the truth, at the same time as exposing the evil, restrains the evil and lessens the persecution; and exposing the evil is at the same time clearing from people's minds the poison of the evil's lies and deception--it is saving people. This is the grandest mercy." Through complying with regulations of related commissions or conferences for conducting investigations, we can expose the human rights violations, and other evil conduct of Jiang Zemin and his associates, to international organizations, which will increase our influence, and make the world know the truth of Falun Dafa. This is an aspect that shouldn't be overlooked. If we can follow the appropriate procedure and let the international organizations take those cases, not only will we let the whole world know the truth, but also promote the Fa at the same time.

International organizations hold annual meetings, and some of them would even conduct research and discuss specific human rights cases during the session. Cases can be accepted in the form of letters, and the author could be an individual, a relative, an organization or association. For example, in the area related to human rights, in the United States, International Human Rights Law Group, National Academy of Sciences in Washington D.C. and France-Tibet in Paris, all have been based upon written letters received regarding inmates receiving maltreatments, in order to urge the involved countries to pay attention to this, and to treat the inmates better, such as allowing them to be released on bail for medical treatment or reducing their terms if they get sick.

I believe that if the relatives of those practitioners who were illegally jailed or people having information, and Falun Dafa Associations, Friends of Falun Gong, etc., can take action and write letters to international organizations, telling them the inhuman torture practitioners are being subjected to in prison, and calling their attention to Falun Gong cases, urging the Chinese government to respect the International Human Right Statement and treat Falun Gong better, we will have very good results in suffocating the evil.
