On 25^th September, over 200 Falun Gong practitioners and some Italian NGO members held a parade in Rome. Banners said "Falun Dafa", "SOS urgent rescue of the Falun Gong practitioners persecuted in China" and "Stop Killing", etc.

The parade attracted the attention of Italian citizens. Many residents along the streets watched the parade with interest. Some even opened their windows and asked for our leaflets. The magnificent Falun Dafa music was heard everywhere as if it were in both heaven and earth, and the whole atmosphere was a glorious and solemn one. An Italian youth felt very angry about the persecution after reading our leaflet and said to us, "It is very brave of you to step forward and demand human rights. I sincerely wish you good luck."

When the parade reached the Chinese embassy, many journalists were already waiting at the embassy door. A practitioner read out the petition letter. Together with NGO members, he requested that the embassy accept the petition letter. Despite the fact that many requests were made with patience, the letter was refused in the end. All these were recorded by the media present. The Jiang Zemin regime's evil nature was fully revealed in front of the Italian public.

Upon seeing the rudeness of the Chinese officials, the Italian MPs and NGO members understood better the urgent need to rescue the Falun Gong practitioners in China. They expressed that they would support the Falun Gong practitioners to the very last moment.
