Urgent: Falun Gong Practitioners Illegally Imprisoned in Panjin Labor Camp, Liaoning Province, Suffering Horrible Torture

We earnestly call for all kindhearted people around the world, from all walks of life, to pay attention to the appalling ongoing mass torture that the Panjin Labor Camp is using on illegally imprisoned Falun Gong practitioners and to help us. These practitioners' lives are in danger and they may lose their lives at any moment under the totalitarian regime of Jiang Zemin.

Jiang Zemin and his followers are directing the state machinery in the attempt to force Falun Gong practitioners to give up their belief in Falun Dafa by using multitudinous cruel and despicable measures toward practitioners, but these efforts have failed. Recently the authorities of the Panjin Labor Camp in Panjin City, Liaoning Province, have reached a totally desperate and frenzied state. They are inciting criminals to beat up practitioners, using electric batons to shock practitioner all over the body, especially the most sensitive and vulnerable parts, and madly whipping practitioners using special whips made with an iron block tied on the end. Both the police and their criminal henchmen are hitting practitioners with big heavy sticks, using so much force while beating them that the sticks break after three blows. They pour boiling water on practitioners from head to toe. They use specially made rubber whips on practitioners that vibrate when they hit a person's body and thus cause mainly internal injuries. The skin may not even be broken; only a black mark may be left on the surface. The pain and injuries these practitioners are suffering under the terrible torture are beyond description.

Practitioners have become incontinent in urination and defecation, and have often fallen into comas. To cover up what they do, the authorities always drag the practitioners into a small dark room to torture them. They hang the practitioners up by their hand shackles and beat them. Practitioners have gone on hunger strikes many times to protest the labor camp's illegal and brutal treatment. The authorities then force-feed them using a tube. Practitioners being force-fed bleed profusely from their noses and mouths. The force-feeding scene is so cruel that it is unbearable to watch. Practitioners who refuse to renounce Falun Dafa are denied sleep and are tortured to such an extent that they are unable to walk. According to insiders, successfully forcing a practitioner to give up his/her belief in Falun Gong can lead to a reward of a considerable sum. One governmental unit went so far as to encourage people to kill in order to earn money. This is outrageously shameful!

A female practitioner named Su Ying was beaten savagely and doused with boiling water until she lost consciousness on numerous occasions. She was sent to the hospital for emergency treatment many times. All this suffering failed to change her firm belief in Falun Dafa. She handled these extreme and potentially fatal situations one after another with dignity. Her amazing determination and perseverance made the evil forces tremble.

Practitioner Gao Dong, male, was a staff member of Xinlongtai Oil Factory in Liaohe Oilfield. He was put into the labor camp because he went to Beijing to appeal to the government to stop persecuting Falun Gong in 1999. He spent more than 600 days and nights in the Panjin Labor Camp, a Hell on Earth. He suffered relentless torture and humiliation. Gao Dong, a genuine practitioner, openly defended the Fa with dignity. Because he did not cooperate with the evil forces and went on a hunger strike, he was force-fed and subsequently had to be sent to the hospital for emergency treatment. On October 19, 2001, he was sent to the hospital again. This time, three criminals carried him while five to six police acted as guards. Evil is afraid to be exposed: imagine surrounding a practitioner whose life is in danger with so many police.

Other practitioners who are in similar situations are: Zhao Liyan, Zhang Yiliang, Xiao Zuojun, Guo Yanliang, Guo Yulong, Gou Donghai, Zhang Tinghuan, Ye Ximing, Li Shangang, Liu Yang, Wang Gang, Zhen Gongxing, Zhao Ronghui, Yin Baowen, Xin Minduo, Sui Xiucheng, Han Chonghui, Liu Dejun, Lv Shuxian, and Yang Liying. They are using their unwavering hearts and their lives to awaken people's consciences.

Falun Dafa can give a very sick person health or bring a morally devastated person back on the right track, but the government arrests these healthy and good people and tortures them and kills them.

No matter how securely the evil forces try to block all communication channels, their tyrannical doings will be exposed to the world eventually.

We sincerely call out to all kindhearted people. Please help us to stop this terrorism by Jiang's regime against its own people that should never have happened in the first place. Please help stop the killing! Free all the imprisoned Falun Gong practitioners and let those practitioners who have been driven from their homes return to their homes and families. We hope those people who have been deceived by Jiang Zemin and his followers will wake up quickly!
