Since July of this year, Korean Falun Dafa practitioners have improved their understanding of Fa-rectification through studying Teacher's articles and lectures on cultivation during the Fa-rectification period. There have been large-scale Fa-rectification activities at various places throughout the country every month. This has served to speed up the spreading of Dafa in Korea, and enabled many genuine practitioners to improve. Herein we summarize the countrywide Fa-rectification activities in the last two months.

1. The countrywide Fa-rectification activities during the month of October 2001

Truth-clarifying activities in Seoul reached thousands of Chinese people of Korean nationality on October 3, 2001. After this event, Korean practitioners carried out a larger Fa-rectification drive throughout the whole country. This effort was notable in that it expanded out from the larger cities to the smaller towns and villages in the surrounding areas. All practitioners stepped forward to participate in the activities with very high enthusiasm. Thirteen groups were organized to cover the whole country. One hundred thousand Dafa flyers were prepared, in addition to Dafa posters, banners and bumper stickers.

On the afternoon of October 20, 2001, the large-scale Hongfa activity was in its final stage of preparation. The practitioners were determined that this would be a new phase for Falun Dafa in their country. Late into the night, group leaders and key practitioners were still busy preparing for the next day. Their spirit was high, and everyone encouraged each other. However, unexpectedly, Sunday dawned with heavy rain and strong winds all over the southern regions of the country. The practitioners realized it was a test for them and they still must step forward. Thus, they went to the scheduled venues in the stormy weather.

Meanwhile, it was clear and warm in Seoul, located in the northern part of South Korea. The practitioners went to small cities all around Seoul and to tourist sites. The 100,000 flyers were all distributed. In the southern regions, we found that the effect was not as good as in Seoul. The practitioners were tested and tempered.

The countrywide activities inspired each participant and impressed all of us. We all realized that Dafa was still unknown in many places, and that we had the responsibility to spread the Fa to those areas. Since then, these groups have gone to small cities and towns every weekend to clarify the truth and to spread Dafa.

2. Spreading Dafa in Daequ on November 24, 2001

The Falun Dafa assistance center in Daequ advertised in the newspapers and sent out invitation letters to people from all walks of life about their November 24 Hongfa activity. It was held with the help of the Korea Dafa Association. The purpose was to get support from all segments of society and to condemn the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China.

On November 24, 2001, over 100 practitioners gathered at the meeting hall. We set up dozens of Dafa posters and pictures in front of the entrance. At 2:00 p.m., over 150 people entered the hall. Truth-clarifying materials and flyers were given to all of the guests. The Daequ practitioners played the truth clarifying video and the exercise demonstration video on a large screen. Then, three practitioners narrated their experiences of obtaining Dafa and the benefits they have realized. The afternoon concluded with the practitioners teaching the exercises to the people.

The whole event lasted for four hours and no one left early. Every one watched the videos attentively, listened to the speeches, and learned the exercises. This was most gratifying to the practitioners.
