Using Righteous Thoughts to Eradicate Physical Interference from the Persecution

Recently I learned that many practitioners have scabies [Note: Scabies are a type of tiny mite of the category of lice that burrow under the skin causing severe itching and irritation and are normally found in filthy environments.] They feel itchy all over their bodies. If practitioners scratch themselves, the skin infections from the scabies can even become ulcerated. The practitioners, therefore, are unable to keep up with regular Fa study and practice. This is a form of persecution arranged by the evil forces to interfere with practitioners' taking part in Fa-rectification.

Here I would like to share an experience I had during Fa-rectification cultivation.

Some time ago, I contacted some practitioners who have been traveling about homelessly [to avoid illegal arrest]. When I saw that they had scabies, I got a little worried for myself. I was afraid that I might contract this highly contagious condition. So I studied the Fa with a peaceful heart. Teacher said in Zhuan Falun, "As a practitioner, if you always think that it is an illness, you are actually asking for it. If you ask for an illness, it will come inside your body. As a practitioner, your xinxing level should be high. You should not always worry that it is an illness, for this fear of illness is an attachment and it can bring you trouble just the same" (From Zhuan Falun, Lecture Six). From studying, I came to realize that scabies is a form of persecution arranged by the old evil forces. Falun Dafa practitioners cannot contract illnesses, because there is no such issue as contagious diseases among Falun Dafa practitioners.

Nevertheless, just one night later, I suddenly felt terribly itchy. I scratched and scratched. When I took a closer look, I found scabies on my body and I had scratched it until it bled. My first thought was, "Oh, you want to persecute me and stop me from taking part in the Fa-rectification. No way!" So I concentrated and sent forth righteous thoughts to eradicate the physical interference imposed on me by the old evil forces. No matter how itchy I felt, I just ignored it and took it as nothing. Simply eliminating it with righteous thoughts, I did not give the evil forces any chance to take advantage of me. "No matter what the situation, do not cooperate with the evil's demands, orders, or what it instigates." (From Teacher's article "Dafa Disciples' Righteous Thoughts are Powerful") In just one day, the scabies disappeared.

I came to understand that when the evil forces try to impose physical interference upon us from other dimensions, we should directly face the evil forces with powerful righteous thoughts. We should not cooperate. We need to eradicate it. If we are unable to recognize the essence of the persecution arranged by the evil and if we do not eliminate it with our powerful righteous thoughts, we will slack off in our Fa study and with practice. We might even take it as an illness and "care" about it. Aren't we then cooperating with the evil forces? It is just like winking at the evil and acknowledging its persecution of us. The evil will then take advantage of the chance to achieve its goal of interfering with Fa-rectification.

We are Master's disciples in the Fa-rectification period. Teacher gave us the Fa-rectification verses and supernormal capabilities from the Fa. How could the evil be allowed to persecute us with such filthy things? Teacher said,

"I have asked disciples to send forth righteous thoughts because these so-called evil beings are in fact nothing. Yet because Dafa disciples' mercy has been taken advantage of by the old forces, the evil beings that are protected by the old forces have been deliberately persecuting, so what Dafa disciples are enduring is no longer their own karma, but something they should not endure under the evil beings' persecution. Moreover, these evil beings are extremely base and filthy, and are not worthy of playing any role in the Fa-rectification." (From Teacher's article "The Effect of Righteous Thoughts")

The evil will die by itself if all of us can send forth the purest and the most powerful righteous thoughts, refuse to coordinate with the evil, fight against it with a firm mind and don't give the evil forces any chances. Just as Teacher said,

"I am rooted in the universe. If anyone can harm you, he or she would be able to harm me. Put simply, that person would be able to harm this universe." (From Zhuan Falun, Lecture One) The scabies are nothing!
