Shi Changjing and Wu Jining, two guards who often viciously persecute Falun Gong practitioners, received their retribution. After Shi Changjing caused the deaths of two Falun Gong practitioners through force-feeding, he would often wake up from nightmares in the middle of the night, his body soaked from cold sweat. Currently his throat is so hoarse that he has trouble speaking. He also suffers from weakness in his heart and chronic flu symptoms, to the extent that he is afraid to see Falun Gong practitioners. He was given a physical examination in another city, so that others would not find out that he has received retribution from persecuting Dafa practitioners. The authorities announced that he was merely suffering from a throat infection and mild inflammation near his heart. In reality, people were quite aware of what was happening.

Wu Jining is an insidious accomplice of Shi Changjing. Even though he cannot justify verbally why he persecutes Dafa practitioners, his hatred towards Dafa oozes from every part of his being. He openly instigated inmates to torture Falun Gong practitioners, saying, "Torture them however you want, as long as you do not cause any visible injuries." He came up with many hideous tortures against practitioners, and he personally planned, organized and carried out these atrocities. Wu recently suffered from a cerebral hemorrhage, and as a result he now walks awkwardly, almost sideways. His facial expressions have also turned dull and lifeless.

This is a solemn warning to those evil people still persecuting Falun Gong. It is the law of the cosmos that good is rewarded with good, and evil is met with evil. The retribution suffered by Shi and Wu is just a beginning. If your evil deeds continue unabated, what awaits you is a most horrible fate.

Since Jiang Zemin started the campaign of persecution against Falun Gong practitioners, the lawless officials in Changle County, Weifang City, Shandong Province have repeatedly brutalized Falun Gong practitioners. In the fall of 2000, 24 practitioners were arrested and detained at the Shandong Traffic Police Training Center in Wutuzhen District. During the 80 days of detention local officials including Zhao Mingtao, Wang Jian, Liu Shude, Liu Chunyu, and Li Mingxue, led by Wang Limin, brutally tortured Falun Gong practitioners. They used sticks wrapped with leather, wooden batons, wooden planks, bamboo sticks and other similar instruments to beat the practitioners. Some practitioners were stripped naked and subjected to beatings and having freezing water poured on them while standing outside in temperatures reaching more than ten degrees below zero. The officials tried in vain to force practitioners to give up their cultivation. Wang Limin did not have the slightest sense of kindness or decency, and compassionate words from practitioners only infuriated him more. Around January 24, 2001 (Chinese New Year), Wang Limin was diagnosed with terminal cancer, and he died in the fall of 2001. Another being has ignorantly destroyed itself.

Li Hanqing is the deputy chief of police at the Gaopian Police Station in Guanghan City, Sichuan Province. He had participated extensively in the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. He recently died of liver cancer in the prime of his life.
