The Director of the Shijiazhuang Forced Labor Camp, the Political Commissioner and Various Police Officers Meet with Retribution for Torture and Murder

(Clearwisdom.net) In June 2001, Qin Fengchun, captain of the 5^th division at the Shijiazhuang Forced Labor Camp was suddenly arrested. In July, the labor camp director, Wu Yuliang, was also arrested and handcuffed in front of his colleagues. A few days later, on a Sunday in late July, Political Commissioner Wang Bingfang was brought to trial. Labor camp officials tried to conceal the truth and claimed that they were arrested for embezzlement and corruption.

In 1995, the police officers in the 1^st division of the forced labor camp tortured a prisoner to death. At that time, Qin Fengchun was captain of the 1^st division. In order to cover up their crime, Qin Fengchun and Director Wu Yuliang claimed that the prisoner had suddenly died of illness. The prisoner's family decided to seek justice and launched a complicated lawsuit. Under great pressure and hardship, they appealed this injustice for six years. They eventually won the case, and Director Wu Yuliang and Qin Fengchun were sent to prison. Political Commissioner Wang Bingfang was also arrested for perjury and obstructing justice. Upon seeing those murderers being punished, even the labor camp police were happy because Wu Yuliang and his associates were notoriously abusive and unpopular. Some police officers even lit firecrackers to celebrate. The firecrackers went off in the morning and also at noon. In the end, the director's office had to stop the celebration to keep the embarrassing truth from leaking out to the public.

These are no accidents. The officials at Shijiazhuang Forced Labor Camp brutally tortured Falun Gong practitioners and committed countless crimes. In June of 2001, a practitioner was tortured to death at the camp. The Jiang Zemin/Luo Gan criminal group tried to cover up the truth by stonewalling all information. They thought that they could escape from justice. However, nothing can escape the eyes of gods. Good is rewarded with good and evil is met with evil. "A person----no matter who he is----must himself pay for all of the bad things he has done in the world."("Deter Interference") This incident shocked those who persecuted practitioners, and people are beginning to see the truth. A police officer said in private, "They probably did too many bad deeds." Some police began to approach Falun Dafa practitioners and learn about the truth. One police officer even promised, "I am not brave enough to learn now, but I will after the persecution is overturned."

Lu Tianxiang lives in Longkou City, Shandong Province. In March 2001, she was sent to the Wangcun Forced Labor Camp for brainwashing, and she later turned against Dafa. After she came home, she turned in all of her Dafa books and became the evil's accomplice.

In April 2001, the Longkou City government organized a brainwashing class in Xiadingjia Township. Lu Tianxiang became an active assistant and class head, directly involving herself in the persecution.

During the brainwashing class, Lu Tianxiang frequently proposed ideas to officials and helped to force practitioners to repent. Her ideas included sleep deprivation, repeated brainwashing lectures, and using enlightenment along evil paths against practitioners. Several determined practitioners in the camp were locked up in solitary cells. Every day, they were only allowed pickled vegetables and buns for meals. Some have been detained this way for 8 months.

After Lu Tianxiang left the brainwashing class, she helped organize another one at the Longkou City Mining Bureau where she works. In order to persecute the practitioners in the bureau, she applied all sorts of dirty tricks that she learned from the labor camp and has shown no remorse. As a result, she was recently diagnosed with leukemia.

Sun Feng is a corrupt police officer at Daowai District's Dongyuan Police Station in Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province. He was very cruel when torturing Dafa practitioners, and now he has started to receive retribution. He had a motorcycle accident and broke his collarbone. Some police officers at Dongyuan Police Station said, "Sun Feng was punished for persecuting Falun Gong. Now we also want to learn Falun Dafa."

In July 2000, over 20 practitioners from Pingshan County, Hebei Province went to Beijing to validate Dafa. Local authorities later illegally detained them. County Party Secretary Liu Xiutian viciously said: "We must sentence them to prison. We must make the practitioners miserable!" However, several days later, he was arrested for accepting bribes and ended up in a miserable state himself.
