One hundred and fifty-six Falun Gong practitioners from Toronto went to the Supreme Court in Ontario, Canada accusing Singtao Daily of libel, slander, negligence, and inciting hatred. On September 20, Singtao Daily published an article called, "Radical Sects Advocate World Destruction," which included Falun Gong as one of those sects. Toronto Falun Gong practitioners and their lawyer, Rocco Galati, will hold a press conference on December 21 regarding the incident.

Changchun City: We would like to express our appreciation of fellow practitioners in Changchun City on Falun Dafa Day. Following this event will be Christmas, New Year's Day and the Spring Festival, which are good opportunities to clarify the truth about Falun Dafa to the people. Clarifying the truth from the bottom of our hearts allows Dafa to spread and is also the most powerful way to prevent the evil from damaging and interfering.

People often question the authenticity of the videos made up by the Chinese government, asking: when someone is hanging himself, killing himself or cutting open his own stomach, instead of hurrying him to a hospital, how could you wait and take pictures first? Falun Gong practitioners include members of academia, government officials and well-respected members of society; do they not have brains? Jiang Zemin claims that practicing Falun Gong could lead to "murder of parents and neighbors." Then why is it that the government gave it awards in the beginning? A report from Guangxi Province tells us that a university student committed self-immolation while in a state of unconsciousness. So how come in his unconscious state he could say, "I want to reach Consummation. I want to reach a higher level" in the video? These TV programs can't fool even a four-year-old.

Riding the bus of the work unit on my way home, I mentioned the fabricated case of "an addict commits murder" broadcast on CCTV. The driver Zhang said, "I knew it was fake at first sight. How can prisoners sit cross-legged and talk in such an arrogant and elated manner?" He then added, "I know some Falun Gong practitioners, and they are all very compassionate."

On December 30, 1999, CCTV, China's government-controlled television, fabricated the case of "Zou Gang commits murder." His family clarified that he had never practiced Falun Gong, completely disproving the government's claims. Using the hallucinations of a mental patient to slander and frame Falun Gong fully exposes the malicious mindset of Jiang Zemin's criminal group, who is desperately using shameful and unscrupulous methods to further their personal agendas.

192 practitioners solemnly declared that the "guarantee statements" and the "repentance letters" they wrote under severe pressure, threats and tortures were null and void. They also took back all the disrespectful comments they made about Dafa and Master. These practitioners vowed that they would continue practicing Dafa, redouble their efforts to clarify the truth and be worthy of the name of true practitioners.

Practitioners detained in Fangqiang Forced Labor Camp in Jiangsu Province wrote to the People's Standing Committee to call for the elimination of all violence committed by Jiang Zemin's political group against practitioners. They urged the Committee to seriously punish those who torture and murder practitioners and unconditionally release all imprisoned practitioners.

On November 2, 2001, a few policemen from Dazeshan Police Station, Shandong Province stormed into my house at 6 in the morning and kidnapped me. I was left outdoors for two hours at the Police Station in the freezing cold. Then the policemen sent me to Qingtao Custodial Center where they refused to admit me. I was then sent to Pingdu Detention Center.

Practitioners in Singapore wrote to the Senior Vice President of Singapore's media, expressing their outrage towards the articles slandering Falun Gong on December 15 and December 18 on two different Chinese newspapers. They sincerely appealed to the media to report on Falun Gong based on facts and change the bad influence the newspapers had on the public.

A Short Story of Spreading Falun Dafa in Meissen, Germany from July 14 - July 16: A Chinese practitioner who had just started practicing little more than 10 days ago actively spreads Dafa. A passerby tells the local TV station to interview Falun Gong practitioners. Two Falun Gong practitioners visit the media organizations and the government.

I suffered seriously from illnesses and many times knelt in front of the statue of Bodhisattva to ask for either recovery or death. Later I tried practicing Falun Gong. To my surprise I have recovered gradually, and I am energetic now. But the Jiang Zemin group slanders such a good cultivation practice and persecutes so many kind people. It cannot be tolerated by the laws of Heaven!
