On December 17, 2001, a Chinese television station relayed the news about the "mentally insane person who committed murder," a story fabricated by the Jiang Zemin government in China in their further efforts to defame Falun Gong. Half an hour later in the evening talk show, three listeners called in and expressed their view to the general audience.

The first caller asked about why these so called Falun Gong related, "murder" and "suicide" reports took place only in China, and only after the persecution started in China but not in any other country of the world where people are practicing Falun Gong.

Another listener called in to comment after hearing the news. He indicated that he learned that in August 2001 the United Nations Educational Development Organization pointed out in their report that based on their investigation and judgment; the so-called "self-immolation" incident in Tiananmen was planned and orchestrated by the Chinese government. He also brought up the Chinese government's fabricated story of the "Falun Gong Anthrax Incident" which has become a laughing stock worldwide. He said that none of the murder or suicide cases reported by the Chinese government have ever been verified by an independent news media. Even Chinese people themselves do not believe such lies drummed up by their own government in China.

Another caller, Ms. Zhang, pointed out that the persecution of Falun Gong by the Jiang Zemin government resembled exactly the persecution of Christians by the Roman Empire, and the persecution of Jews by Nazi Germany. There was never any reason. "Because when the evil persecutes the kindhearted they never need any reason, all they ever need is an excuse, a fabricated excuse." She further clearly pointed out that "the staged self-immolation incident was just like the Nazi's staging of the burning of the central government building in Germany, setting the stage for the events of World War II"

The concocted "murder" news report by the Jiang Zemin regime again self-exposed its hideous nature. The next day some friends of practitioners expressed shocking disbelief of the news and their realization of the truth.
