(Clearwisdom.net) Since July of 1999 when Jiang Zemin's criminal clique
started to persecute Dafa, lawless officials and members of the police force in
Shenyang City, Liaoning Province followed Jiang Zemin's directives and
ferociously persecuted Dafa practitioners. These people utilized police
departments, detention centers, forced labor camps and psychiatric hospitals to
illegally detain Dafa practitioners. These individuals adopted various extremely
inhumane forms of torture to torment practitioners, physically and mentally, in
their attempt to get them to waver in their righteous beliefs. In particular
they used Masanjia Forced Labor Camp, notorious for its brutality and
ruthlessness, to detain Falun Gong practitioners outside the boundaries of the
law and torture them with unspeakable, savage methods. Those practitioners who
are steadfast in their beliefs have been detained for indefinite terms. In order
to force Dafa practitioners to give up their practice, the personnel there used
such cruel abuse as forced labor, forced brainwashing, mental torment, and
tortures such as locking practitioners up in small cells, and "squatting in
a square." [which means that the detainee is forced to squat on a
squared floor brick measuring about 1 by 1 ft for an extended period of time.
The detainee's head must be raised and his/her feet must not cross the
demarcated line, otherwise he/she will be beaten, kicked, pulled by the hair and
slapped on the face. Usually, a person will be soaked in sweat after squatting
in this position for only 2 or 3 minutes. The guards, however, forced
practitioners to squat for 16 or 17 hours straight.] Other tortures the
practitioners had to endure were "body folding," squatting in a
corner, the punishment of standing for many hours, shocks from electric batons,

The deranged overseers even went so far as to strip 18 female practitioners
naked and throw them into male criminals' cells, where they suffered
unimaginable mental and physical abuse. Under such extreme circumstances, 130
Falun Gong practitioners went on a large-scale hunger strike, demanding their
release. Even when these practitioners were on the verge of death, the labor
camp authorities took no notice of their situation and still refused to release
any of the illegally detained Dafa practitioners. The atrocious crimes of the
corrupt officials and police officers of Shenyang City are too numerous to
record.
However, good will be rewarded with good, and evil will be met with with retribution.
This is the law of the universe. In the article "Dafa is
Indestructible," Master pointed out, "I can tell you, all of the
natural and man-made disasters that have been happening in Mainland China are
already warnings for the sins beings there have committed against Dafa. If they
don't come to realize it, then the real catastrophe(s) will begin. All evil
people who have sinned against Dafa--those who are no longer useful in the evil,
so-called 'test' of Dafa disciples--have now begun to meet with retribution for
their evil. From now on, this will happen on a large scale." Nowadays, more
and more incidents occurr in which lawless officials and policemen who have been
following Jiang Zemin's orders suffer accidents, sudden illness or death, or are
brought to justice for violating the law and committing crimes.
Former Deputy Mayor Mu Suixin was sentenced to death with a two-year reprieve
Since October of this year, crimes of corruption committed by the Mayor, the
Deputy Mayor and 14 other corrupt government and judiciary officials of Shenyang
City have been exposed, one after another. The accused have been given severe
punishments. We hereby solemnly warn those government personnel who have been
persecuting Dafa and Dafa practitioners and those lawless policemen: Immediately
stop persecuting Dafa and treat Dafa practitioners who cherish
"Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance" with kindness! Stop at the
brink of the precipice immediately! Stop committing additional crimes and
thoroughly rectify your errors! Otherwise, when the whole truth comes out, what
is waiting for you is not only legal punishment or rejection by society, but
also the extinction of your eternal being, after being eliminated
layer-after-layer in seemingly endless suffering.
From the following reports we can easily see that from top to bottom, the
persecutors and abusers of Dafa and Dafa practitioners are ill-behaved ruffians
who have committed crimes. They are corrupt, degenerate, and share a similar
evil nature. This forms the basis for following Jiang Zemin's clique and
ill-conceived justification for cruelly persecuting those noble practitioners
who cultivate "Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance." Justice has
a long arm and the time will surely come when good and evil will receive their
due rewards and punishments.
Xinhua News Agency, Beijing, October 10th: The judicial branches in Liaoning
and Jiangsu Provinces have today respectively passed "first trial
judgments" on Mu Suixin and Ma Xiangdong from Shenyang City for corruption
and bribery. Mu Suixin, former Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor of Shenyang
City, was sentenced to death with a two-year reprieve, and was deprived of his
political prerogatives for life. Ma Xiangdong, former member of the Standing
Committee and Deputy Mayor of Shenyang City, was sentenced to death and has been
deprived of his political rights for life. The other 14 officials were also
sentenced.
The Mu Suixin and Ma Xiangdong bribery cases are quite unusual. According to
the report, since the Chinese ruling party took power in 1949, large numbers of
officials have been involved, and huge amounts of money have been at stake.
According to the report, seven intermediate courts in Dalian City of Liaoning
Province and Nanjing City of Jiangsu Province pronounced these judgments to the
public: We sentence Mu Suixin to death, with a two-year reprieve, deprive him of
his political rights for life and confiscate all his personal property. We
sentence Ma Xiangdong to death, deprive him of his political rights for life and
confiscate all his personal property for having committed the crimes of
corruption, taking massive bribes, embezzlement of public funds and possession
of huge wealth of unknown origin. We sentence Guo Jiusi to death, deprive him of
his political rights for life and confiscate all his personal property for
having committed the crimes of taking massive bribes, bribing personnel and
embezzlement of public funds. We sentence Ning Xianjie to death, with a two-year
reprieve, deprive him of his political rights for life and confiscate all his
personal property for having committed the crimes of corruption and bribery. We
sentence Zhou wei to death, with a two-year reprieve, confiscate all his
personal property for having committed the crimes of bribery, corruption, and
running an illegal business.
Jia Yongxiang, former president of the Shenyang's Intermediate Court, was
sentenced to life imprisonment and deprived of his political rights for life for
crimes of taking massive bribes, corruption, embezzlement of public funds, and
possession of huge amounts of wealth of unknown origin.
Liang Fuquan, former deputy president of Shenyang's Intermediate Court, was
sentenced to life imprisonment and deprived of his political rights for life for
crimes of bribery, corruption and possession of huge wealth of unknown origin.
Former vice-chairman of the Shenyang Political Consultative Committee and
deputy president of Shenyang's Intermediate Court was sentenced to 13 years and
6 months imprisonment for crimes of bribery and corruption.
Liu shi, former prosecutor of Shenyang People's Prosecutor's office, was
sentenced to 20 years imprisonment for crimes of deliberate revelation of state
secrets, corruption and bribery.
Tian Yingjie, former general manager of Shenyang's State Assets Management
Ltd, was sentenced to 14 years imprisonment for crimes of corruption and
administrative bribery.
Zhao Shichun, former head of Shenyang's State Taxation Bureau, was sentenced
to 15 years and 6 months imprisonment for crimes of taking massive bribes and
possession of huge wealth of unknown origin.
In addition, Chi Ruoyan, former deputy secretary-general of Shenyang's
Municipality, was sentenced to life imprisonment and deprived of his political
rights for life for crimes of corruption and bribery.
Tai Ming, former deputy secretary-general of Shenyang's Municipality, was
sentenced to 13 years and 6 months imprisonment for crimes of taking massive
bribes and committing bribery.
Li Jingfang, former head of Shenyang's Finance Bureau, was sentenced to 20
years imprisonment for crimes of corruption, bribery and possession of huge
wealth of unknown sources.
Ma Sheng, former office director of Shenyang's Finance Bureau, was sentenced
to 14 years and 6 months imprisonment for crimes of corruption and bribery.
Liu Baoyin, former board chairman of the Liaoning Gaoming Group, was
sentenced to 4 years imprisonment for crimes of bribery and tax dodging
Zhou Wei, former director of Shenyang's Tobacco Monopoly Administration,
accepted huge amount of bribes and embezzled large sum of public funds during
his tenure in office. Liaoning Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection
thus decided to expel him from the Party. In addition, Liaoning's Tobacco
Monopoly Administration decided to discharge him from public employment.
What has happened to the Mayor and deputy Mayor of Shenyang City today is
what is going to happen to Jiang Zemin and Luo Gan tomorrow.
