The Phone Numbers of Those Responsible for the Death of Retired Teacher Zeng Fanshu of Jiangjin City, Chongqing Municipality

Zeng Fanshu, female, 56-years-old, was a retired teacher from Xiangtang Elementary School in Jiangjin City, Chongqing Municipality. Because of her firm belief in Falun Dafa, police conducted an illegal search of her home on January 11, 2001, and forcibly took her to the Jiangjin City brainwashing class. In order to extract information about other Falun Gong practitioners from her, brainwashing class personnel subjected her to continuous rounds of persecution, including mental abuse and various threats. As a result, Zeng Fanshu died on February 1, 2001.

Those directly responsible for Zeng Fanshu's death are:

Wan Menglun: Director of Jiangjin City Archives Bureau.

He Zhi: Employee of Jiangjin City Family Planning Office.

Huang He: Employee of Jiangjin City Penitentiary.

Several teachers from Xiangtang Elementary School also participated in the persecution of Zeng Fanshu.
