North Carolina Falun Dafa Practitioners Participate in Holiday Parades in Many Cities

In December, the holiday celebration parades in North Carolina reached a climax. To have more people understand Dafa and the brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China, the North Carolina practitioners actively participated in these celebration activities.

Accompanied Dafa music Pudu and Jishi, the practitioners's float joined the parades and some practitioners demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises on the float. The audience highly praised us as, "Wonderful."

In two of the five cities of High Point, Winston-Salem, Chapel Hill, Durham, and Greensboro City, we participated in the parades for the first time. The local residents looked at us curiously and greeted us in a friendly manner. They warmly applauded the exercise demonstration and actively requested Dafa literature. Some said in their limited Chinese, "Thank you."

Those knowing the truth applauded us. Some had their thumbs up and some said loudly, "Continue your efforts!". Some people introduced Dafa and explained the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China to those beside them who did not know. It was most touching that children raised their heads and asked their parents, "What's written on the banner?" The parents read kindly and seriously, "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance." The sound of these three words came out from the audience again and again. My eyes were filled with tears and I was pleased for these children and the kind-hearted people getting to know Dafa.
