[Minghui Net] An American Ph.D. studied the Chinese Constitution and found that the Chinese Constitution allows even more freedom than the American Constitution. However, in reality the Chinese people enjoy almost no freedom. This shows that China is actually a country ruled by some individuals and their superiors. It is disastrous for the people in a country if there is a vicious, authoritative, and obstinate person governing the country. All of the movements in the history of the Chinese Communist Party are the grim results of the reign of men. These catastrophes include the Repression of Anti-Revolution, the "Four Clean-Up Movement" [1963-1966, socialist education movement of "four purifications" in the filed of politics, ideology, organization, and economy], Three Against and Five Against Movement [1951-1952], the Anti-Rightist Struggle [1957], the Great Cultural Revolution [1966-1976] and the Tiananmen massacre in June 1989.
It is now the 21st Century. The Chinese people are still suffering the nightmare of the reign of men. Falun Gong, a peaceful self-cultivation activity, has become the latest victim. The government illegally detained tens of thousands of people, sent tens of thousands of people to labor camps, and held hundreds of people in mental hospitals and treated them with medicine that damages the central nervous system. More than 130 innocent practitioners have been persecuted to death. These bloody and sad injustices are the most humiliating and miserable record under the anti-culture and anti-morality reign in Chinese history.
I am puzzled despite much thought. Why do vicious people persecute kind people so cruelly, using more than 40 types of torture, combining the savage methods from ancient days and modern times? How can they persecute innocent people to death? Certainly there are unpardonable people in China. But they should be in jail. Why are they policemen? Why? Looking into the reasons, I suddenly came to understand. Jiang Zemin is dictating China. Jiang Zemin is the chief criminal who connives, abets, and forces people to do evil.
The misery story of Ms. Chen Zixiu reported by the Wall Street Journal is still fresh in our memory. The vicious policemen tortured her with all means. They forced her to walk on ice with bare feet. She finally died in the snow. These cruel policemen threatened the people who know the truth that, "It is no use to sue. We have the protection from our 'superior.' If I were put into jail today, I would be freed tomorrow." So who is their "superior?"
While distributing a meeting memo of the city's 610 Office [610 Office is the governmental organization specializing in persecuting Falun Gong], the leader of a work unit said, "Be brutal. No need to talk to them. Beat them if they went to appeal. Beat them until they are disabled. They have no place to sue even if they were beaten to death. This is supported by Beijing." The "superior" is from Beijing, from the upper government. This "upper government" has more authority than the Party Central Committee. One official in the 610 Office revealed that they received a lot of orders on persecuting Falun Gong. These orders came one after another, and had no signature. They were all marked as top secret, cannot be delayed, and must be carried out immediately. These orders even bear more authority than the red-seal of the documents from the Party Central Committee. The personnel in the 610 Office for persecuting Falun Gong did not point out who is the chief criminal. But the vicious policemen did not conceal anything when they carried out the orders.
An immoral policeman said, "This is ordered by Jiang Zemin directly. Without the support from the 'superior', we dare not to do it this way. While the 'superior' placed the order, we have to follow it. Otherwise, we will lose our jobs and even be put into the jail." Another policeman said, "Jiang Zemin said that there would be no liability to beat Falun Gong practitioners to death. Nothing would happen if they were beaten to death. If they were tortured to death during the transformation process, they would be counted as having committed suicide." A vicious police director Zhang was even more concise, "Jiang Zemin said, 'The practitioners tortured to death are counted as having committed suicide.'"
Jiang Zemin is malicious and uncontrollable! As the head of a country, he instructed the illegal and immoral secret orders again and again to all levels in the government. His abetting and conniving of crimes without concealment is notorious and has no equal in today's world. No wonder there have been so many bloody tragedies of disrespecting lives, depriving freedom, and exterminating beliefs during the past couple of years in China. The self-immolation in Tiananmen Square during the Spring Festival is the irrefutable proof of the people's suffering to the fullest extent under Jiang's dark tyranny, regardless of their backgrounds. Although the12-year-old girl who was used in this propaganda of persecuting Falun Gong knew nothing about Falun Gong and cultivation, her desire to a bright life and to be away from the cruel reality touched every adult who has conscience.
This reminded me of the rumor of the "Suicide in Mount Xiang" in May 1999; with Jiang Zemin's arbitrary lies of "A Thousand People Suicide" on CBS' 60 Minutes Show; the similarities of his blatant order of "destroying them economically, spiritually, and physically"; his timing of the suicide rumor near the Spring Festival, and the recent staging of the self-immolation incident. These are all full of a violent, hostile and murderous heart. Jiang Zemin's hatred against Falun Gong practitioners is the hatred against "Truth, Compassion and Tolerance", hatred against all kind-hearted people, and hatred against the freedom of belief and human rights, and is to protect Jiang family's tyrannical rule. In order to suppress Falun Gong, Jiang Zemin gave the so-called "Central Instruction" to demolish law, justice, conscience and morality. This has not only revealed his anti-human core, but has also been poisoning the Chinese people's minds and creating a most violent society. Today, Jiang Zemin can extend violence; frame and murder innocent people with oppression, and corrupt Chinese diplomatic personnel to interfere with the internal policies of other countries in Northern America, Southeast Asia, South America and Australia. Tomorrow, isn't it possible for China to threaten the entire world with its large population and its so-called market?
Jiang Zemin is most vicious and cruel, and is guilty of the most heinous crimes. He supports and abets the unpardonable. He forces people to commit deplorable crimes. No crime is bigger than that. Can his accomplices be less guilty? There is an old saying, "The net of Heaven has large meshes, but it lets nothing through [the mills of God grind slowly but surely]. Good will be rewarded with good, and evil with evil"
I hope the evil will be destroyed. I hope the kind will be revealed!
