Jiang Zemin Advances the Persecution of Falun Gong in Order to Suppress It Both At Home and Abroad

[Renminbao] News on Thursday, February 1, 2001.

During the Spring Festival season, although under severe persecution by the government, Falun Gong practitioners still launched another campaign in Beijing to clarify the truth of what had happened to Falun Gong. Flyers could be seen on streets all over Beijing.

According to a newspaper report from Ming Bao in Hong Kong, Falun Gong flyers could be seen in many places on the No. 3 Highway that surrounds Beijing. In addition, about 20% of the families in Beijing received Falun Gong flyers in the past month. All these indicated that Falun Gong members are still very active, and they miraculously survived throughout the crackdown.

It was reported that the Beijing police recently made special arrangements in certain areas, and made every effort to stop and scrutinize Falun Gong followers. According to some messages from inside sources, Jiang Zemin and his followers ordered that both the National Security Bureau and the Ministry of Police would exert full power to deal with Falun Gong. By appointing Falun Gong as the "The Most Opposing Force" that threatens the national safety and social order, they hoped to divert attention away from the severe and harsh social problems in China. By plotting the Self-Immolation Incident in Tiananmen Square, they expected that people would be sympathetic for the victims and would thus develop hatred towards Falun Gong. As a result, they had made up excuses for even crueler persecuting of Falun Gong!

Rather than being a deputy force as it was previously, the National Bureau now plays a major role. By turning the National Bureau into a powerful tool to suppress Falun Gong, Jiang Zemin has regarded Falun Gong as the No. 1 enemy of the nation. As a result, Jiang Zemin not only acted to fully represent the Communism Party, but also the country of the People's Republic of China.

On the other hand, increasing persecution of Falun Gong by the dictator implies that Jiang Zemin's end is approaching. The fear of being overthrown made him shift people's attentions from himself to others. The crueler the persecution he inflicts, the more difficult his situation will be!

It is the darkest time of the night when the dawn is approaching. However, once the sun comes out, it will illuminate everywhere!
