Video Recording: U.S. Authorities Reprimand Chinese Diplomats for Violating the Law While Slandering Falun Dafa

[Minghui Net] Since July of 1999, Dafa practitioners in Washington D.C. have gathered in front of the Chinese Embassy every day to practice the exercises, clarify the truth about Falun Gong, and request an end to the crackdown in China. With a special permit from the police, practitioners have also peacefully conducted their activities at Tiananmen Gardens. On the morning of March 8th, however, when the practitioners were not present, the Chinese Embassy staff set up a display slandering Falun Dafa at the same spot, even though they had no permit. Because this was illegal, practitioners immediately reported the situation to the police. The police then contacted the Chinese Embassy and warned the diplomats that, should any similar actions take place in the future, they will be dealt with as violations of U. S. federal law.
