Thank you for your invitation to attend your celebrations, May 13 to 21, 2001 and in particular the May 18th ceremony. Regrettably, I will not be in Ottawa on that date.

I would wish to send you my sincere best wishes for a successful event, honouring your association's commitment to a peaceful and harmonious way of life with particular emphasis on health, mind and spirit. I am pleased to see that in Canada, your association is a part of our society, working towards goals, which all Canadians can identify with.
