Practitioner in China

May 13 was Mother's day as well as World Falun Dafa Day. It was also Ming's 6 year-old child's birthday, but Ming could not celebrate with her family. Instead, she had to wish her child a happy birthday over the phone, because Jiang Zemin's vicious regime has forced Ming away from her home. Ming's mother said, "Ming, I missed you so much! Please secretly come back to see me!" Her child lovingly asked, "I miss you mother, when are you coming home?" Ming also desperately missed her family, but if she returned home during this sensitive time and got caught by the police, her family would suffer even more grief. Feeling the heartache, warm tears streamed down her face.

In fact, Ming did not commit any crime. As a Dafa practitioner, she wanted to tell the truth; as a Party member, she insisted on seeking truth based on facts, and as a citizen, she wanted to fulfill her Constitutional right to appeal to the government and tell them that Falun Dafa is a righteous way. She wanted to warn the authorities that persecuting Falun Dafa is a big mistake that would bring disaster to the country and its people. Therefore, she went to Tiananmen Square in Beijing four times to appeal for Falun Gong. Upon returning from her 4^th appeal, her work unit issued her an unemployment notice, which stated the facts of her peaceful appeals to Tiananmen. The notice also mentioned Ming's attitude about practicing Falun Gong: "I will always practice Falun Gong." Ming, an excellent worker, is now unemployed and lives on about 300 Yuan [about $35, average monthly wage in China is about $60] unemployment insurance per month. Just as the last barriers that allow the evil forces to continue their boldly vicious play in the human world were being eliminated, Ming was notified that she would be sent to a "reform class," so she had no choice but to leave her home.

But Ming, wipe away your tears. There are many of us who share your pain and sorrow. I too lost my Party membership and job because of telling the truth about Falun Gong my body was also tortured to a very bad condition. Christmas should be a warm and happy holiday for everyone, but my brother, who I haven't seen for seven years visited me from abroad, mainly because he wanted to see his badly tortured sister. When I heard the sound of my brother coming into the house, I got up with a lot of effort. Before I walked up to the door, he already found my room, opened the door, hugged me and said, "Sister, you have suffered a lot, I won't let others hurt you any more!" I was so tearful at that moment. After seven years apart, it should have been a happy family reunion, but instead my brother met his beautiful and lively sister tortured to this state. But I felt happy that he could righteously position himself for the future.

Even though those unrighteous lives, who've destroyed the happy family life of Dafa practitioners, made false charges against their victims, they were by no means able to get away with all they have done. The law and principles in the universe are judging and counteracting everything. The unrighteous lives who have persecuted Dafa practitioners have begun to painfully pay back the crimes they have committed through suffering, and must eventually face the complete annihilation of their bodies and souls.

Ming, we should indeed not shed tears. Think about it, who is happier than we are? To be born at the time of Dafa's introduction to the world is such a precious gift. We are so fortunate to have been born in China with such a great culture. Out of the billions alive today, we are among the blessed who have obtained Dafa. We have been granted this priceless opportunity to face unrighteous forces at the battlefront. It is an honor to be able to offer salvation to those people who have been deeply deceived by the lies spread by Jiang Zemin and his regime.

Our efforts, blood, and tears are so valuable because we can seize this unique chance of rectifying the Fa for the first time since the creation of the universe and we can closely follow the progression of Fa-rectification. We are establishing the mighty powers and virtue for Dafa and every Dafa particle. Our hearts bear the grand wish to assist Teacher in the human world, and carry the unfinished vow from those victimized practitioners and those who are still suffering. We still have a rather difficult task to accomplish.

As the dark night is about to end, dawn is emerging. As the tears dry, let your compassionate smile help more people. With a pure smile, face unrighteousness and eliminate evil; with a bright and brilliant smile, welcome the sun of the new universe!
