Zhang Shengfan, male, (? -- 6/12/2001), Shuangcheng City, Heilongjiang Province

[Minghui Net] Dafa practitioner Zhang Shengfan from Shuangcheng City, Heilongjiang Province was taken away by policemen on June 10, 2001 and brutally beaten to death two days later. Mr. Zhang was a disabled person on double crutches. The bloody scene was horrible, and details are still under investigation.

We appeal for people in the know to collect all the evidence, materials and information for this case, including all the suspects, for later use in legal procedures and justice. Meanwhile, we need to let the world know the evil nature of these police officers. Good and evil will both get their appropriate retributions. The murderers will never escape the judgment and punishment of justice.
