Ning Guibin, the former head of the Tongshanjie Police Station in Dongfeng County, was electrocuted while fishing as his fishhook caught on an electric wire when he was casting his line. Ning Guibin had tortured Falun Dafa practitioners previously, and then he suffered immediate retribution in this lifetime.
Wang Jingbo, a local police station director of Suifenhe Public Security Bureau, used to force Dafa disciples to step on Master's photo, and imposed fines on those who refused to do so. He also expelled Dafa disciples' children from school. In April 2001, he died in a car accident.
Other criminals' retributions:
Zhenxing Police Station in Dehui city is a place where vice gangs persecute Dafa disciples. Zhang Zhenguo, the station head, fell backwards into a pit while he was repairing a car. He suffered the retribution of breaking both of his legs.
Peng Qinghua, head of the Xinhui Police Station, swore and hurled insults at Dafa disciples. Peng's retribution required him to have surgery on his vocal chords.
Xu Huijun, head of the Guangming Police Station, is a chief criminal torturing Dafa disciples. His wife ran away to avoid punishment because she had an illicit relationship with xx, and later disfigured xx's wife's face. Xu Huijun had to pay the victim a large sum for her medical expenses. This is another case of immediate retribution in this lifetime.
Gao Derong, the head of the Politics and Security Section in Suiyang Forestry Police Station, Dongning city, was very vicious and greedy when persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. He illegally locked up more than ten Dafa disciples before the Chinese New Year of 2001. Consequently, in the spring of 2001, he broke his leg on his way to a conference in Harbin city. His co-workers said, He is paying his debt to Falun Gong.
Shan Ruti, a retired cadre of the Suiyang Forestry Bureau, phoned the police station and asked policemen to investigate the case after he picked up some Dafa truth clarifying literature this spring. Meanwhile, he said something derogatory about Dafa. Several days later, his mouth became crooked and his eyes tilted. He has tried every medical method; however, none can cure his problem.
Zhang Guozhi, neighborhood head of the Fifth Community in the Suiyang Forestry Bureau, reported to the police station the names and locations of Dafa disciples. As a result, he has been suffering from vasculitis since autumn of 2000. He now takes medicine and has injections every day. However, he still does not realize the principle that damaging Dafa will cause one to suffer retribution.
