Luannan County Public Security Bureau Chief Wang Huiling, Section Chief Jin Shumin and Other Police Torture Falun Dafa Practitioners

[Minghui Net] Since July 20, 1999, Luannan County Public Security Bureau Chief Wang Huiling, Section Chief Jin Shumin and other wicked police have been looking continuously for opportunities to get a promotion or to obtain wealth from torturing or otherwise harming Falun Dafa practitioners. They forbid the Falun Dafa practitioners to visit each other; they arranged staff to keep a constant watch over Falun Dafa practitioners; they illegally confiscated Falun Dafa practitioner's personal property; they relentlessly detained and harassed practitioners. After December 2000, they got even crazier. They detained indefinitely the Falun Dafa practitioners who had gone to Beijing to appeal. They sentenced 11 Falun Dafa practitioners to forced labor camps. Now they are so fearful of Falun Dafa practitioners going to Beijing to appeal that they arrange persons to watch over them inside their homes! They also arrange to have people at each street intersection near the railway stations in order to intercept the practitioners.

In June 2001, they illegally arrested Zheng Yongbing who was a well-known cadre of Luannan County, general manager of Luannan County Guesthouse, and a Falun Dafa practitioner. He was arrested because he told them the truth about Falun Dafa, said Falun Dafa was good, and distributed literature that clarified the truth about Falun Dafa. Wang, Jin, and other wicked police hung him up and beat him. His clothes were torn apart, and his whole body was covered with wounds (this is what was shown on television, the actual situation might be even more serious).

Because she cultivates Falun Dafa, Zheng Yongbing's wife has been sentenced to two years of forced labor reeducation by Wang, Jin and their accomplices. Her child is left at home unattended. Zheng Yongbing's family was destroyed.

Wang Huiling, Jin Shumin and their accomplices do not ponder about the consequences of their vicious deeds. They have not yet understood that it is more important to fear retribution for their evil acts than it is to fear retribution from higher authorities. They will surely receive due retribution soon.
