"Send Forth the Purest, Most Steadfast Righteous Thoughts"

In the article "Send Forth Righteous Thoughts", it is mentioned that "... as you send out the righteous thoughts, imagine that you are like a god as tall as heaven and incomparably noble, with an enormous body. Concentrate your efforts in your thinking, and send forth the purest, most steadfast righteous thoughts." My tianmu (celestial eye) is locked, and my body is not sensitive; nonetheless I know the true thought of mine that "The Fa rectifies the Cosmos, the Evil is completely eliminated" is really strong. At the beginning, when I sent forth my righteous thoughts, I did not feel that my body was enormous, nor did I know whether I had sent out my gong. In my mind, I always experienced interference. I really admired those fellow practitioners who have their tianmu open: They can see how they eliminate those evil demons.

So I went to the practice site and found a fellow practitioner whose tianmu was opened. I asked her how she sent forth her righteous thoughts. She said that, at the beginning, she did not know how to do it either. It was Master's fashen (law body) that kept enlightening her before she could understand. She said, first of all, you have to clear out all your human concepts. You should have the courage to imagine that you are like a god. In this way, you can initiate the part that has been well cultivated in your body to rectify the Fa. With mind-intent, you must send out every word of the verse "The Fa rectifies the Cosmos, the Evil is completely eliminated" clearly in your mind. Every stroke of the characters, no matter whether it is a dot, or a horizontal or vertical stroke, has to clearly show up in your mind. So, when you recite the verse, you should not go too fast. After the five minutes, your mind is totally blank with nothing but the eight characters of "The Fa rectifies the Cosmos, the Evil is completely eliminated" in your mind.

At this point, I remembered that Master mentioned when he talked about tianmu that what you imagine and what your tianmu sees are creating images in the same part of your brain. I understood finally that the visual system of the human brain is the information outlet of the brain. It is also the only way to transmit the information for Fa-rectification. If our main consciousness does not occupy its position, the outside message will surely take it. This is the reason why the practitioners were interfered with when sending forth their righteous thoughts. No wonder some cultivation ways require that when one chants the Buddha's name, one must do it single-mindedly with nothing else in mind, until each word of it shows up before one's eyes.

Later when I followed what the fellow practitioner told me to do, I achieved a great effect. When I recited the verse "The Fa rectifies the Cosmos, the Evil is completely eliminated" with my mind-intent, I felt my whole body was generating heat. No outside message could get in. My insensitive body could also experience that I had sent out strong energy.

This also made me realize that I am far from studying enough Fa. I still cannot follow the requirements that have been talked about in the Fa. This chance of sending forth our righteous thoughts and eliminating the evil beings is actually the time that Master shows great compassion for his disciples. It is, again, the opportunity for the practitioners to give up human concepts and to build up mighty virtues. When we are rectifying the Fa, we should never relax our efforts in studying the Fa. Meanwhile, we should follow Dafa to purify our mind. Only in this way can we send forth the purest and most steadfast righteous thoughts.
