Fourth of July Parade at Coeur d'Alene, Idaho

The Inland Northwest Falun Dafa practitioners joined the 4th of July Parade at Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. We were #78 in 117 entries. Three practitioners from Pullman, Washington came, allowing four of us to hold our double-sided 4' by 16' banner--"Falun Dafa, Truthfulness, Compassion, and Tolerance." There were many folks sitting along hot (94 F) Sherman Avenue, as if the whole town were empty. We played Pudu music as we passed all these quiet people. Usually we hear clapping hands one or two seconds behind us. You could see people were reading our banner, and then they started clapping their hands and cheering, smiling from the bottom of their hearts. We walked almost two hours on the hot street. My feet got blisters. But thinking about the 15 recently murdered female practitioners in China, those fellows in SOS long walks, and all these awakening folks, I could not help my tears, while I kept taking steady steps. On the way back to our car, many people gave us support. One lady said, "Oh, that (the music of Pudu) is so soothing!" So I gave her a copy. She was surprised and overjoyed. We noticed Falun (the rainbow ring) around the sun after the Parade.

Falun Dafa disciples are very scattered in the Inland Northwest, which covers eastern Washington, Idaho, and Montana. We have been joining local parades since last Thanksgiving. Even though always just three or four of us could make it each time, we know Teacher's Fashen are always with us. Truthfulness, Compassion, and Tolerance are always echoing with people's original, true selves. Joining various local parades is one very effective way to spread Dafa. I kept seeing parents whisper these three words to their young kids. Many announcers would say, "Oh, right!" before reading out loud to the public, "Truthfulness, Compassion, and Tolerance!" Many times people would come to us before or after the parades and ask where we came from. They told us these three words moved them, as if speaking from the bottom of their hearts. We presented the characteristics of the universe in front of everybody's eyes, and gave them a chance to resonate with their origin. One's righteous thought about Falun Dafa will benefit his eternal life tremendously.
