[Clearwisdom.net] In March 2001, members of the Zhongge Police Station arrested 36-year-old Dafa practitioner Liu Yonglai while he was in a rural area distributing fliers that clarify the truth about Falun Gong. The police immediately sent him to the Yaojia Detention Center. Because he was firm in his belief in Falun Gong, Liu was sentenced to 3 years of labor education in the Dalian Labor Camp--without his family's knowledge! Because he refused to be brainwashed, the labor camp did not permit Liu's family to visit him. On July 7, his family was notified that Liu had died. However, according to practitioners who knew him well, Liu was in very good shape before the police sent him to the labor camp.

While Liu Yonglai was in the labor camp, his wife, Wang Yongmei, was being held in the Yaojia Detention Center for distributing letters clarifying the truth of Falun Gong. As a result, there was no one taking care of their 14-year-old son.

We call on all the kindhearted people of the world to actively stand up and condemn this bloody persecution as well as help all Dafa practitioners enduring the persecution in China.

We intend to investigate this event further. At the same time, we would like to warn all those who persecute Dafa practitioners: If you do not immediately stop committing these sins, you will soon receive retribution!
