Photo Report: SOS Urgent Rescue Reaches City Of Elizabeth in New Jersey

At 9:00am on July 6, 15 practitioners started from Lincoln Park in Newark, and walked to the fourth biggest city in New Jersey, the city of Elizabeth. During the three-hour walk, practitioners distributed materials to the passersby, clarified the truth, and called on people to help the practitioners being persecuted in China. Many people asked for materials.

At 1:00pm, practitioners arrived at the square before the City Hall. The mayor could not make it to the event, but he personally wrote a letter to the founder of Falun Dafa, Mr. Li Hongzhi. Practitioners demonstrated the five sets of exercises, which attracted many people.

At 2:30pm, practitioners left Elizabeth for Rahway.

At 5:00pm, they arrived at Rahway Park and continued to promote Dafa and introduced the persecution in China.

Two reporters from the largest newspaper in New Jersey, the Star-Ledger, conducted interviews over the whole event. Practitioners gave them Dafa books and exercise tape as gifts. They were grateful and indicated that they would go to the practice site to learn the exercises.
