A press conference was held on June 27, 2001 in Warsaw. It had two subjects: Falun Gong and Human Rights violations in China. Twenty-four reporters from different media came to the press conference center to cover the current situation of the persecution of Falun Gong in China. Zhang Cuiying, an Australian practitioner who was in prison for 8 months in China, told her personal story.

A Warsaw embassy official wanted to have a yellow T-shirt printed "Falun Dafa." He said he would be in Beijing in two months. Although he couldn't wear the T-shirt in the embassy, he could wear it in the public places after work. He thought, "In China, the law doesn't prohibit wearing a Falun Gong T-shirt in public," so he would wear it. We exchanged T-shirts.
