I have received warm hospitality and an array of interviews from TV stations and media bodies in the past few days in Ireland. After hearing my personal accounts people, while holding back tears, would ask me, "How can we Irish people help Falun Gong practitioners?"
They were very appreciative of the first hand stories that I shared with them. They've also planned to report the persecution case stories on the network of their radio and TV stations to help the Irish government and public to better understand the persecution of the Falun Gong practitioners by the Jiang Zemin regime, and to condemn and denounce Jiang's evil scheme.
During our visit to City Hall, when I presented the painting album to the officials of the city, they asked if I would like to hold an exhibition in the City Hall. Then they escorted us into the exhibition hall and we were very impressed by the classic, elegance of the Hall. How wonderful! I was very moved. I appreciated the mayor's offer to allow us to hold an art exhibition. I sincerely thanked the Irish government for their support.
The congressional officials also warmly received us when we visited the EU Congressional Hall. They were greatly touched by the stories that we told about how Falun Gong practitioners are being persecuted in China. The weather suddenly turned to rain as we were about to leave. They insisted that we take a brand new umbrella they had with us; it was so hard for us to refuse. We said we would like to return the umbrella the following day. They replied, "You don't have to return the umbrella. It is a gift for you." The umbrella they gave us had an EU logo printed on it, which indicated to us the European governmental support of Falun Gong. We accepted this gift, as we felt it was a very meaningful gift.
We went to Cork, the second largest city in Ireland to spread Dafa. There were just five of us in total, including one local practitioner. We were almost swamped by the crowds during our hongfa event as many people stopped by and asked for information. A middle aged gentleman volunteered to help me distribute flyers after listening to the truth about Jiang Zemin's evil persecution of Falun Gong. I gave him a stack of flyers, he handed them out in 30 minutes and came back for more. I was very impressed by the kind and righteous Irish people.
Governments, media and people from around the world have come to a more and more in-depth understanding about Falun Gong and the truth of Jiang Zemin regime's evil persecution of Falun Gong, thanks to the tireless efforts by the overseas practitioners. The international community will further condemn Jiang Zemin's crime against Falun Gong. Jiang Zemin will be prosecuted by history!
