1. [Wendeng City, Shandong Province] Those Who Killed Falun Dafa
Practitioner Liu Yufeng Bring a Plague to Their Local Area
Recently, a kind of plague broke out in Caomiaozi and Manshan in Wendeng
City, Shandong Province, which is the hometown of Liu Yufeng, a Falun Dafa
practitioner who was brutally beaten to death. This virus is incurable once
people are infected. The government at all levels kept the information from
leaking out by assigning guards at all intersections, where people are allowed
to come in, but not go out.
This is precisely a warning to those wayward officials in Wendeng City, who
followed human rights scoundrel Jiang Zemin and brutally persecuted the
benevolent Falun Gong practitioners.
2. [Sichuan Province] The Touching Story of a 13-year-old Girl who Traveled
to Beijing only Days after Obtaining Falun Dafa
A 13-year-old girl of Sichuan Province made the long journey to Beijing to
validate Dafa. When she arrived, the police threw her into prison. All of the
Dafa practitioners in the ward were moved to tears when she said, "Aunt, I
started to practice the exercise three days ago, and I haven't yet learned the
fifth set yet. Would you please teach me now?"
After having obtained Dafa only a few days, she was able to dedicate herself
to Fa-rectification with an incomparably pure heart.
3. [Tumen City, Jilin Province] Police Kidnap the Mother of a Falun Dafa
Practitioner
The unlawful officials in Tumen City, Jilin Province frantically arrested
Dafa practitioners on February 20, just before the March meeting of the People's
Political Consultative Conference and the People's Congress. They were told to
do so by Politics and Law Committee Secretary Wang Baozhong, and the vice head
of the Propaganda Department, Zhang Chuansheng, in order to prevent Dafa
practitioners from going to Beijing to appeal. After being unable to arrest Dafa
practitioner Han Jun, they took his mother as a hostage and forced the elderly
lady to disclose information regarding her son's whereabouts. Although she
didn't practice Dafa, she knew that Falun Dafa was good, and that it was not
wrong for her son to cultivate Dafa and try to be a good person. She said,
"Tell my son Jun that I would rather endure hardships here than cause him
to be arrested by such vicious people."
4. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Evidence of the Criminal Behavior of
Policeman Zhang Zhengzhen
Zhang Zhengzhen is the vile policeman from Section 1 of Changchun City Police
Station whose badge number is 103167. Ever since Jiang Zemin began persecuting
Dafa and Dafa practitioners, he has been involved in beating practitioners. He
was thus praised by the Office 610. He has tortured Dafa practitioners with such
cruelty that it has made other people indignant. For example, he not only
physically tortures female Dafa practitioners, including the elderly ladies, but
also sexually abuses them. Such behavior is vile and indecent.
5. [Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province] Five Falun Dafa Practitioners
Unjustly Arrested, Their Homes Ransacked
On the night of August 4, 2001, five Dafa practitioners from Hegang City,
Heilongjiang Province were unjustly arrested and detained while posting the
truth-clarifying materials and hanging Dafa banners in the Junde area. Zhao
Shuling, Wang Shuxia, Yang Xiaohong and Wang Guanglu were detained in Detention
Center No. 2. Fu Detian was detained in Xing'an Police Sub-station. Afterwards,
their homes were ransacked. Their current status is now unknown.
6. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Dongxihu District Practice Site Destroyed,
Address Books Taken
At around 10:00 pm on August 4, the Dongxihu District Practice Site was
destroyed. Five practitioners, including Huang Hongying (female, 46 years old)
were detained on criminal charges. Two address books with 100 mailing addresses
of practitioners from Beijing, Guangdong, Shenzhen, Hubei, Wuhan and elsewhere,
were confiscated.
7. [Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province] Falun Dafa Practitioners Persecuted in
Panzhihua City
The following is the persecution record of some of the Dafa practitioners
from Panzhihua City:
Yuan Yuxian (female) was tortured in order to get her to confess, but in
vain. Her entire body was bruised from the beatings. She was left without the
ability to hear for several days. Currently, she has been unjustly sentenced to
two years of forced labor re-education and has been detained in Zizhong Female
Labor Camp.
Wu Min, whose prison term is yet to be determined, was brought from the City
Detention Center to the Yanbian Detention Center for interrogation. She was hung
with her two hands cuffed in a special way--one hand coming down her back from
her shoulder, and the other hand going up behind her back-- for two days and two
nights, during which time she lost consciousness.
Wu Mingshan was handcuffed to a railing outside. He was exposed to the
burning sun during the daytime and suffered cold and hunger at night.
Mao Linfang was brutally beaten and kicked.
Dong Mengjiu (female) was brought to the Panzhihua City Detention Center on
March 13, 2001, and has not been sent back to the detention center yet. Nobody
was left in her home.
8. [Raoyang County, Hebei Province] The Lawless Police Kidnap the Relatives
of Falun Dafa Practitioners and Extort Several Thousands Yuan RMB from Them
In October 2000, three Falun Dafa practitioners from Raoyang County, Hebei
Province went to Beijing to appeal. After they were arrested in Beijing, Tongyue
Village Police Station detained the relatives of those three practitioners and
extorted the travel expenses from them, 15,000 Yuan (about 20 months of average
salary in Chinese city) for each person--and if they did not pay the money, they
would be beaten. One practitioner's relative could not bear to have his/her
relative take a beating and paid 8,000 Yuan. The other two relatives continued
to be detained. Later, this practitioner was sent to Shijiazhuang Labor Camp and
was not even allowed to see his relatives before leaving.
Tongyue Village Police Station also detained those who had practiced Falun
Gong before. Those who had read Falun Dafa books were fined from 50~100 Yuan up
to 5,000 Yuan (about 7 months of average salary in Chinese cities). Even those
who did not practice any more still had to pay the fine. During that time, the
male and female practitioners were detained together, eating, drinking and using
the restroom in the same room. The relatives could not bear this and used things
to separate the room. The thugs forced the practitioners to pay the money.
The other two practitioners' relatives were illegally detained for more than
one month and released only after paying 6,500 Yuan. A relative who does not
practice Falun Gong was also beaten.
More than 10 practitioners were detained. One 18-year-old practitioner had
been practicing Falun Gong for one month. Since he was very determined after
being detained, he was threatened to be sent to a labor camp. His relatives
quickly invited people to dinner and spent more than 10,000 Yuan on gifts.
One practitioner who owned a restaurant was arrested and his restaurant was
forced to stop doing business. In order to bail him out, his relatives invited
people to dinner and spent nearly 20,000 Yuan on gifts.
More than 20 Falun Gong practitioners in Raoyang County received punishment,
and were fined from 10,000 up to 12,000 Yuan for each person.
One practitioner was arrested for buying two buckets of paint. At the time of
his arrest, he was told he would be detained for 3 days, but after he was
detained, the term changed to 30 days and he was released only after paying
10,000 Yuan.
The tens of thousands Yuan in ransom money was pocketed by the police.
9. [China] A Senior Falun Dafa Practitioner was Forced to Stay Away from Home
Zhao Lanhua (female), 67 years old, has practiced Falun Dafa for 6 years. In
May 2000, she was arrested for practicing Falun Gong and validating Falun Dafa.
She was fined 1,000 Yuan. In January 2001, she was taken away from her home and
her home was ransacked. Later she was also paraded on the streets with signs on
her neck.
10. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Heizuizi Female Labor Camp Uses Excess
Load Labor to Torture Falun Dafa Practitioners
Heizuizi Female Labor Camp uses excess load labor to torture Falun Dafa
practitioners. Practitioners work nearly 20 hours every day from 4:00AM in the
morning to 11:00PM in the evening and their work load is still increasing. Many
practitioners fainted because they could not bear the heavy load in the intense
heat of summer. Many practitioners had symptoms of nausea, vomiting, etc. In
addition, the vicious police, in order to gain personal interests, deceived
their superiors and fooled the subordinates. They told their superiors that
because the practitioners did not finish their assignments, their work loads
were increased. The evil force attempted to torture Falun Dafa practitioners by
excess load labor, make them unable to endure, and thus shake their righteous
faith and righteous thoughts to Falun Dafa. Their motives are extremely
malicious.
11. [Jian City, Jiangxi Province] Police Arrest Practitioners Who Clarify the
Truth of Falun Dafa
In April 2001, Deng Xiaohui from Shenzhen city, Guangdong Province was
arrested by police while clarifying the truth of Falun Dafa in Jian, Jiangxi
Province. At that time, a computer was confiscated from his residence and the
truth-clarifying materials found stacked up to six feet tall. Several
practitioners from other areas were also arrested at the same time. Some of them
were released after being detained for one or two months, some were detained in
the detention centers in Jian city or the nearby counties. It was learned that
Jiangxi Province Public Security Bureau is handling this case in person. Now,
Deng Xiaohui has already been arrested and probably will be sentenced to jail.
Deng Xiaohui was very steadfast in the Jian City Detention Center. The
inmates in the same cell with Deng Xiaohui were shaken by the mighty power of
Falun Dafa. One prisoner said one day, "I saw the teacher of Falun Gong in
my dream last time, and he told me to practice Falun Gong." It is thus
clear that there are people who have the predestined relationships everywhere.
Another Falun Dafa practitioner, Sun Guangming, was also detained in Jian
City Detention Center and was also very steadfast. It was learned that probably
he will be illegally sentenced to jail. Policeman Huang Jihua from No. 1 Section
of Jian City Public Security Bureau took him away from his home and he has been
detained for several months. His wife is now being held in the Nanchang Female
Labor Camp. His two 15-year-old and 10-year-old children have no one to take
care of them.
12. [Lingyuan City, Liaoning Province] Dafa Practitioner Xiao Suxia Is
Abducted for Telling the Truth
Xiao Suxia, who lives in Dawangzhangzi Town, Lingyuan City is a 36-year-old
woman with two children. The older child is 13 years old and the younger one is
only 8 years old. After the July 20 incidence, the Dawangzhangzi Police, knowing
that Xiao practiced Falun Gong, came to her house to harass her many times. They
asked her whether she would continue to practice Falun Gong. If she said yes,
they would arrest her. On May 12, 2001 at 8pm, police came to her house to ask
the same question again. Xiao thought that Dafa had given her a healthy body and
benefited her whole family, so she should not tell lies again. She answered
"yes." Just for this truthful word, the police sent her to the
detention center and have not released her as of now.

14. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Police Abducted Two Practitioners
On August 5, 2001 three police vehicles drove to an apartment in Dadongmen
District, Wuchang City where a couple of Dafa practitioners, Wang Qingping
(female) and Guo Changxing (male) live. Police abducted the couple and searched
their house. It was claimed that they took away two telephone address notebooks.
At present, the husband is detained in Qingling brainwashing class while the
wife is detained in Dongxihu Erzhigou Detention Center.
15. [Suizhou City, Hubei Province] Police Illegally Arrested a Practitioner
Dafa Practitioner Jiang Zhiyong, had to wander about homeless in order to
avoid the persecution of the vicious police. Due to his negligence, he went back
home on July 27 and was arrested by police. Now his two kids are left at home
without anyone to take care of them.
16. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Police in Daqing Labor Camp
Sadistically Torture Dafa Practitioner Du Guocong
Dafa practitioner Du Guocong took part in a collective hunger strike of Falun
Gong practitioners in Daqing Labor Camp, which attempted to attract the
attention of the superior authorities in the hopes they could solve the problem
of the labor camp extending jail terms at will. As a result, the authorities of
Procurator and Judicial Bureau came to the labor camp and held an investigation.
Later, several practitioners who had been detained over-term were released
unconditionally.
During that investigation, Du Guocong disclosed the phenomenon of police
beating and abusing prisoners to the superior officials; therefore he was
transferred to Team Three. Here Du came across the vicious policeman, Wang
Yingzhou again, whom he had known before. Wang cruelly beat Falun Gong
practitioners and his wicked behavior was exposed on the Internet. Therefore he
had hatred towards Du.
After Du arrived at Team Three he requested to see the directors of the jail
to discuss the problems. His request was refused; therefore he started a hunger
strike. On August 1, in the meeting room, Wang Yingzhou bound Du with a string,
force-fed him with salt water and stepped on his chest forcefully. Wang poked a
wooden baton into Du's mouth, causing both cheeks to become festered and
swollen. Wang pulled Du's arms forcefully, ordering him to kneel down and
forbidding him from sitting on a chair. Wang and other policemen tortured Du for
a whole day. As his whole body was covered with mud, they told Du to wash
himself clean and come back so they could continue to torture him. They did not
let Du to go back to his cell until 9pm. At that time, policemen Qu Xiting, Song
Wenyan, Wang Yingzhou and Zhu Xuexiang took part in the direction; Zhang
Jingsheng looked on. They asked five to six criminals to help. Criminals who
took part in the torture included Wang Yongbo and Jia Hongjiang; criminals who
looked on included Mao Wenchen and Song Xiaodong, etc. Du Guocong was
transferred back to Team One on August 7 2001.
17. [Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province] The Criminal Heads of the Nanzan
Police Station
Zhang Yu, is the director of the Nanzan Police Station, Zhangjiakou City,
Hebei Province. He sadistically tortured Dafa practitioners. He abducted Dafa
practitioners, took them to the police station and detained them for many days.
He forbade practitioners from clarifying the truth, gave practitioners shocks
using electric batons. On November 23, 2000 when it was extremely cold, he
forced a practitioner to stand outdoors with only a single shirt on and cursed
her viciously, "If you were a man, I would let you stand there with only
your underwear."
In order to seek rewards from his superiors, Zhang Yu's persecution against
Dafa practitioners kept escalating. He ordered his subordinates to track Dafa
practitioners and arrest them willfully no matter whether they were on the
street, at home or at work, without presenting any arrest certificate. They
abducted Dafa practitioners and took them to the police station for
brainwashing, and forced them to write guarantee letters not to practice Falun
Dafa. If practitioners did not obey they would be sent to labor camps. One
practitioner has been sent to the detention center a total of four times by
Zhang Yu. Even after this practitioner was released, Zhang still kept harassing
him. As a result this practitioner wanders about homeless.

Wang Yun, is the Party Secretary of Nanzan Agency in Zhangjiakou City, Hebei
Province. He took advantage of the power of his position when doing
"transformation" work toward Dafa practitioners. He adopted extremely
base and inhuman means to sadistically curse Dafa practitioners and forbid them
from sleeping. He also forced practitioners to stand outdoors for a whole night
and clamored, "I will fix whomever I want." He dispatched his
subordinates to live in a practitioner's house, just to monitor him 24 hours a
day in turn. They stayed with this practitioner all day long; even when he went
to the washroom they followed him, making this practitioner and his family
unable to live and work normally and have no peace of mind. It also gave the
office staff a hard time.
