Falun Gong is an ancient form of qigong, the practice of refining the body and mind through special exercises and meditation. It consists of self-improvement through studying founder Li Hongzhi's teachings, and performing five gentle exercises, including seated meditation. At the heart of the practices are the supreme principles of the universe: truthfulness, benevolence, and forbearance.
