A dozen members of the banned Chinese spiritual movement Falun Gong hold banners saying "SOS urgent call to rescue Falun Gong practitioners persecuted in China" at a Tokyo street in front of Chinese Embassy in Tokyo, August 24, 2001. The Falun Gong protesters started a 48-hour hunger strike on Friday.
