(Clearwisdom.net) Jiang Zemin's criminal gang's persecution of Falun Gong is horrible. They not only subject practitioners' bodies to appalling violence, but the mental tortures are also frightening.

On July 13, 2001, Liu Yanxia, the party secretary of Hebei Province Administration Committee concocted a plot to cheat and kidnap practitioners. Nine of them who work for the committee were cheated and kidnapped to a brainwashing class. This class was located at a scenic villa on Huyu Mountain, in Changping County of Beijing and was sponsored by the National Administration Working Committee. The authorities had given it the prestigious name "Hebei Province Administration Committee Law Education Intensive Class." Zhang Lu (male, over 30) and Bi (female, around 30, first name unknown) of the National Working Administration Committee are the two chief criminals responsible for the class.

As soon as practitioners entered the scenic mountain villa spot it was like having entered a prison. In the dormitory, the kidnapped practitioners were each assigned one room, accompanied by 2 people from the work unit. Three single beds stood in each room, and practitioners were forced to sleep in the center bed. Practitioners had no freedom at all. Entering or leaving the room, making phone calls and buying anything was forbidden. In order to prevent practitioners from getting in touch with each other, waiters even brought the meals to the rooms. If a practitioner stayed longer than expected in the bathroom, the two accompanying people would even open the door to check, for fear that the practitioner may have escaped.

At noon on July 13, the kidnapped practitioners were sent into the villa, one after another. The waiters brought the meals in. No break was allowed after the meal. Over ten people then surrounded the practitioners to immediately carry out the brainwashing. These "helpers and educators" were mostly betrayers released from labor camps. Their vicious methods are listed as follows:

1. Bandit's logic

Kindhearted practitioners clarified the truth to these "helpers and educators," but these outlaws spoke nonsense, glossing over their crime of forcing others to give up their belief in cultivating benevolence as "saving" people. They talked recklessly that "cultivating benevolence was also selfishness." When the practitioners' reply did not comply with their logic, they pounded the table, shouting and screaming, even cruelly beating the practitioners and slandering Dafa and Master.

2. Conspiring and implicating

By firing questions at the practitioners "How did you start practicing?" "Why do you practice?" and "How long have you been practicing?" they tried to persuade practitioners to talk. They asked, "Who do you usually contact?" "Are there other practitioners in your area?" "Do you have Teacher's new articles?" "Have you ever distributed fliers?" These hypocritical "helpers" and "educators" were in fact traitors who intended to betray practitioners and do damage to Dafa.

3. The tactics of sleep depravation and taking turns

They didn't allow practitioners to take a rest during the day. Practitioners were forced to stay up until 2am or 3am. Seven or eight people took turns attempting to carry on the brainwashing and to confuse practitioners' minds. When practitioners became very sleepy, they would force them to squat or stand. Then the two accompanying people from the work unit would continue the threats and prevented practitioners from sleeping. Other times they would also awaken practitioners at 5am. These ruffians also took all practitioners' money by cheating and put it under their control, being afraid that practitioners would leave their evil den.

4. Fear of punishment and of practitioners sending forth righteous thoughts

The traitors feared most the practitioners sending forth righteous thoughts. When practitioners refused their unreasonable questioning and kept silent, the thugs became very frightened, and asked, " Hurry, tell me, have you sent forth righteous thoughts? Have you sent forth righteous thoughts?" They also threatened practitioners, "If you refuse to obey, we'll send you to the Xicheng District Detention Center!" (This is a detention center in Beijing that treats practitioners very cruelly)

5. Crazily accumulating ill-gotten wealth

The brainwashing class started on July 13 and ended on July 24. During those twelve days each work unit had to pay 20,000 Yuan (about US$ 2,410, the average monthly income in metropolitan areas in China is $60). It is glaringly obvious who is accumulating wealth by unfair means. We have heard that this was the vicious peoples' last round of brainwashing classes held in Beijing. Afterwards they intend to popularize their criminal accomplishments nationwide.

This is their brainwashing class, which is all about cheating, threatening and extorting money from beginning to end. People, wake up! Let's join all the righteous forces together to stop the crimes of Jiang's gangs toward humanity.
