The ruthless persecution and torture of Falun Dafa practitioners in Shijiazhuang Labor Camp (in Shijiazhuang City, Henan Province) has resulted in the tragic deaths of several practitioners. One of the reasons for the rampant behavior of this labor camp is that the higher authorities have set it up as a model labor camp for "brainwashing practitioners with violence and torture." Recently, the labor camp is planning to arrest more steadfast practitioners and use physical torture to brainwash them.

When Wu Yuliang, the head of the labor camp, met with retribution and was arrested for embezzlement this July, many of the guards feared the same fate and curbed their conduct. However, there are still some people who are trying to please the higher authorities by severely torturing the practitioners. One guard said shamelessly, "We are fighting with you over the people. We are not afraid of your practicing Falun Gong, because we have plenty of ways to crush you."

The guards shut some practitioners in the solitary cells, denying them sleep and beating them constantly. They stripped some female practitioners and hung them up spread-eagled for several days and nights. They even sexually abused them during this time. The ways that they torture female practitioners are extremely cruel and horrifying. We are gathering more detailed information.

They are safeguarding the right for everyone to cultivate one's heart and do good. They should not be sent to jail in the first place, much less be cruelly tortured.
