Two More Dafa Practitioners are Tortured to Death in Zhoushuizi Correction Center, Dalian City, Liaoning Province

[Clearwisdom.net] On July 10, two more male Falun Gong practitioners were tortured to death at the Zhoushuizi Correction Center in Dalian City. In order to prevent the news from being released, the correction center barred Dafa practitioners and criminals from seeing their family members and prohibited family members from sending in money and clothing.

After the Dafa practitioners inside the correction center learned that two practitioners had been viciously murdered by authorities from the center, 26 practitioners who had once written so-called guarantee statements (to renounce their practice of Falun Gong) while under great mental pressure and against their will, immediately announced that their guarantees were invalid. The persecution in the correction center escalated. According to insider information, the death toll of Dafa practitioners at this time exceeds the two that have been reported.

The situation in the correction center is extremely severe. Dafa practitioners are forced to do heavy physical labor daily from 4:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.-- a total of 18 hours. Even elderly practitioners over 70 are not spared from doing this heavy physical labor. Practitioners and criminals are packed into closely monitored rooms, which are damp and full of mosquitoes. Their bodies are covered with scabies, and showering is prohibited.

We are shocked by the increasing torture and abuse of Dafa practitioners by the guards at the Zhoushuizi Correction Center. We hope people from all walks of life pay close attention to this situation and help to stop the torture and killing.
