1. At one point in time Shao Zhengjie was the Vice Director of the Anshan City Police Department, Vice Secretary of the Party Committee, and Chief Officer of the Anshan City Police Team of Traffic. During this time he committed many vicious crimes against Falun Dafa practitioners. Around the end of 1999, Shao Zhengjie gave the order for two of his officers (Dafa practitioners) from the traffic team to be sent to a psychiatric hospital for 16 months. These two practitioners were outstanding officers. One of whom had won an award as the Traffic Police Officer of the City many times. They walked away from the psychiatric hospital by sending out righteous thoughts. Shao once threatened the practitioners by saying "if you don't give up Falun Gong, I will see to it that three of your family members will die. " Ironically, several of Shao Zhengjie relatives (parent-in-laws, sister-in-law, and other relatives) died in a car accident while on a tour to Hainan Island. He spent a large sum of money, 300,000 Yuan (Chinese dollars, the monthly salary for an average worker in Chinese cities is about 500 Yuan ), to rent a plane and had the bodies sent back to Anshan City, Liaoning Province. The deeds of this vicious person have been brought upon his family members. He is currently on a wanted list for corruption and bribery with a reward of 50,000 Yuan.

2. Zhang Fengshan was the Party Secretary of the Political and Judiciary Committee in Lishan District of Anshan City. He persecuted practitioners with extremely cruel methods. He recently, received retribution. While at work, he suffered from a heart attack, and died within one hour.

3. Liu Molin works in the Lingshan Office in Anshan City. He took part in the persecution of Dafa practitioners. Retribution has taken place for his evil deeds, as one of his family members has recently been diagnosed with cancer.

We hereby solemnly warn the disgusting human beings who have persecuted practitioners in Anshan City, those being, Wang Yuqin, Ma Shenghua, Zha Fengzhi, Zhang Chunze, Kang Kai, Wang Jian, Zhang Zhenyang, Liu Suzhi, also including those people involved in the persecution from the community offices, Section One of Anshan City Police Department, and No. 1, 2, and 3 Labor Camps of the City to stop committing crimes against practitioners and Dafa. Otherwise, you will meet with immediate retribution in this lifetime.
