Case One
The Victim: Wang Hui, female, 33-years old, a practitioner from Dalian City.
She and I were detained together. I witnessed the brutality committed against
her.
In order to force Wang Hui to give up her belief, the vicious department
leader, Wang (female, about 40 years old, medium build), took her to Room 5 on
the 3rd floor, which used to be an office. First officer Wang
handcuffed Wang Hui to the bed and stuffed her mouth with a dishtowel. Then Wang
shocked Wang Hui with an electric baton for a long time on her face, head, lower
jaw, breasts, stomach, shoulders, and most often her wrists and her hands. Wang
Hui could not bear the pain from the electric shocks. After her hands were
removed from the handcuffs, she rolled around and around on the floor with her
clothes and hair soaking wet. Her hair looked like she had just washed it; she
was sweating profusely. The shock treatments lasted for about 20-30 minutes.
Later, while holding an electric baton in one hand, Wang pushed Wang Hui with
her other hand to face her fellow practitioners and forced Wang Hui to curse
Master Li. In Room 1 in front of other practitioners, Wang beat Wang Hui's head,
kicked her to make her squat down, and cursed her. After suffering both
spiritually and physically Wang Hui looked pale, and even her lips looked
lifeless. She could not see properly. Wang Hui's arms and wrists could not move
freely for a long time due to the suffering she endured during while being
shocked.
One time Wang Hui was reported when she was passing around the scriptures to
other practitioners. Department leader Wang and Room 1 leader Zhou took Wang Hui
to the office and interrogated her about where she got the scriptures. Wang Hui
refused to answer, so Wang slapped Wang Hui's face repeatedly. The practitioners
who were shocked by Wang included Pan Qi, Qu Guirong, Wang Huiyan (she was
shocked on the palm of her hands and feet; Wang used four electric batons at one
time) Wang Yanxue, Wang Li, Su Yuzhen, Liu Qingxiang, Dong Yanhua, Li Guiying,
Li Ping, and Tian Miao, etc. It is impossible to list all of the practitioners'
names here because there are so many people that have suffered at this camp --
more than 100.
Case Two
The Victim: Qu Guirong, female, over 30 years old
In order to force Qu Guirong to give up her belief, the department leader
used both hard and soft tactics. Qu Guirong was shocked, with A stun baton, many times by the
department leader, and was beaten badly by a prisoner named Yang Jianhong. Her
face, arms and other parts of her body were very often black and blue. She was
physically punished many times and forced to do all kinds of difficult
movements. Late one night, under the command of the department leader, Su Wei, a
criminal from the 2nd subdivision, led a couple of people to beat Qu
Guirong hard while standing in the corridor. The slapping noise was so loud that
the rest of the practitioners all heard the sounds. After the beating, they did
not allow her to go to sleep or let her go to the bathroom. This kind of thing
happened frequently to Qu Guirong. Another day, in Room 7, a couple of people
pressed her down on the bed, pried open her mouth using a key in order to force
feed her drugs, and humiliated her by other means. I was living in Room 7 at
that time so I saw all these events with my own eyes.
Case Three:
The Victim: Li Ping, female, over 30 years old, probably from Xinxing. She
was illegally detained in the 5th subgroup of 1st Group of
the 2nd subdivision of Masanjia Labor Camp.
Group leader Zhang Xiurong tortured Li Ping many times. She ordered the
prisoners to physically punish and curse Li Ping during the night. During the
coldest part of winter in 1999, evil policewoman Zhang Xiurong took Li Ping
outside and left her to freeze for a long time. After Li Ping came back, I saw
that her face muscles were rigid and expressionless, her hands and feet were not
functioning and she could hardly walk. Li Ping had been shocked many times. Male
police officers had pulled her hair, beat and used the electric batons on her.
Later on, Li Ping was transferred to the 1st women subdivision of
the Masanjia Labor Camp, and was one of the eighteen female practitioners who
were stripped naked and sent to the male prison cells.
The above cases only represent a small portion of the numerous torture cases
of Falun Dafa practitioners in the Masanjia Labor Camp. Every moment there are
more and more innocent people suffering at the hands of these torturers. The
evil deeds they have committed are too numerous to record.
Li Ping, Wang Hui and Qu Guirong are still detained in Masanjia because they
refuse to give up their belief in Falun Dafa.
The environment in the Masanjia Labor Camp is abysmal. Practitioners' bodies
are often searched, and their luggage and rooms are also searched. Many abuses
cannot be recorded at present. Furthermore, it's very difficult to record each
one because so many people are being detained and tortured. Talking is
prohibited among the practitioners. Some practitioners are moved around quite
often while others are moved to secret locations and no one knows where they are
or what is happening to them.
