On August 18, a Korean practitioner living in Virginia drove to Toronto to hold a Korean Falun Gong seminar. The practitioner presented a slide show to clarify the truth and taught the exercises. About 30 people participated.

After coming back from Toronto, the practitioner held another seminar in a public library in Virginia on August 26. This was the second time Falun Gong seminars were held in this library. Practitioners were allowed to use the conference room for two hours, free of charge, and the seminar was very successful.
