Actively Give up the Pursuit of Comfort, Constantly Maintain the Divine State

(Clearwisom.net) As the evil forces get closer to the point of being completely eliminated, they are struggling more desperately and rampantly; and the persecution against practitioners in China is becoming more severe. Evil will take advantage of practitioners' tiniest attachments, negligence, or passive mentality and use them as excuses to cause interference in the Fa rectification and persecute Falun Dafa practitioners.

However, "Regardless of how complex the dimensions are or how rampant the evil is, these are only appearances before the arrival of the incomparably immense force of Fa-rectification. When the force of Fa-rectification arrives, everything will end in an instant ('The Effect of Righteous Thoughts')." Then, before the end of the evil persecution against Dafa, how practitioners can do the right thing to resist the evil persecution as well as save more sentient beings will become a very serious issue to us.

In such an evil environment full of degenerate elements, any human methods seem to be very weak and ineffective. In order to effectively validate Dafa under the heavy pressure of the evil, we are required that we keep ourselves in a divine state of mind all the time. A divine being would neither be afraid of nor capitulate to the evil. Meanwhile, a divine being has great power and immeasurable wisdom. The evil beings that manipulate humans to persecute Dafa cannot match the power contained in a little finger of a divine being; one thought of a divine being can eliminate them. If every practitioner is in the state of having great wisdom and great supernormal capability (although the process of using the supernormal abilities cannot be seen by people in this dimension), the evil beings can do nothing but wait for their doom.

I enlightened that, following the Teacher, being refined by the Great Law of the Universe and progressing within Fa rectification up until today, we have successfully completed a very large part of our cultivation. It is only because our understanding of the Fa is lacking that we are blocked by the karma and the remaining concepts on the human surface, and thus our divine side is being artificially restrained and is not able to rectify the Fa. Teacher has talked about using righteous thoughts and supernormal capabilities many times in recent articles and taught us the overwhelmingly powerful verse and hand sign for eliminating evil, which is to allow and require us to use supernormal abilities in the course of Fa rectification. If we cannot fully bring the righteous thoughts and supernormal abilities into play, that would be a problem of our xinxing and we would not be able to say that we had kept up with Master's Fa rectification process. Therefore, how to let our divine side restrain and clean up our human side and maintain a divine state of mind at all times is very important.

My personal understanding is when we study the Fa, practice the exercises, and send forth righteous thoughts to eliminate evil, that is the time when our divine side is taking control. When we are attached to everyday people's life and sentiments, then our human side is re-surfacing. Many fellow practitioners have had such an experience, that the divine side became clear and strong, it was easier to have strong righteous thoughts and maintain xinxing in detention centers and other harsh environments, especially when they were forced to go on hunger strikes. I think it was because we were separated from ordinary people, the human desires and attachments were restrained, and so the divine side was automatically rectifying the Fa. In prison, for a long period of time, I would recite Teachers' articles in my mind from morning to night everyday. Facing the inmates and guards, I was able to see without seeing, hear without hearing, and look inside to cultivate my heart to achieve "...just by having your heart unaffected, you will be able to handle all situations." In this kind of a state, I was able to maintain my xinxing and my righteous belief was strong and unshakable. Without even knowing it, the people around me greatly changed their understanding of Falun Dafa. I felt that was the result of my maintaining righteous thoughts at all times.

Therefore, I enlightened to this fact; that only by truly stepping out of the human mentality, giving up the comfortable everyday person's life, spend more time studying the Fa, practicing the exercises, and sending forth righteous thoughts, clarifying the truth, and always keeping the heart in the Fa and maintaining a divine state of mind can one fulfill the oath of rectifying the Fa. This is also a requirement for Fa-rectification period Dafa disciples.
