A Vice Party Secretary in Qiyang County, Hunan Province, Passes Out While Slandering Falun Dafa

(Clearwisdom.net) Peng Kaifa, a vice secretary of the XX party committee in Qiyang County, Hunan Province, passed out at a meeting while he was slandering Falun Dafa and later turned comatose. Everyone in the county was talking about this matter after the incident. Many people said Peng Kaifa had been too cruel in persecuting Falun Gong. It must be the immediate retribution in this lifetime that he became comatose. Peng Kaifa was particularly cruel against Falun Gong during two incidents that took place last year.

The first major bad thing he perpetrated was that he imposed too many fines on Falun Gong practitioners. He made a rule that each Falun Dafa practitioner who went to Beijing to appeal must turn in 15,000 Yuan RMB. Some were fined up to 17,000 Yuan. Those families that have several Falun Dafa practitioners were fined so high that they lost everything they had.

The second major wrongdoing he delivered was that he was involved in the case of Jiang Laisheng, who was beaten to death in the detention center last December. Peng Kaifa openly told the law enforcement people that they were permitted to punish Falun Gong practitioners beyond the limit of the law, and no one would have to bear any responsibility if accidents occurred. Thus, the detention center officials dared to treat Falun Gong practitioners inhumanly.

Peng Kaifa turned comatose in the blink of an eye. He was on a County Political and Law Work Meeting and he was arranging projects. He clearly explained the first and the second projects. When he was talking about the third project and said "Let's carry out ... movement to the ...(referring to anti-Falun Gong activities)," he suddenly fell down to the ground and passed out. He was carried to a hospital immediately but the emergency treatment failed. Although he is still alive, he became completely unconscious and unable to move, a man who is alive but worse than dead.

This is retribution. This is punishment. Maybe some people would say that this is a coincidence and accidental. However, all the vice party secretaries from different towns and villages witnessed this. They were all shocked!

People with a conscience all know that good will be rewarded with good and evil with evil, sooner or later.
