A man whose last name was Guo, a staff member of the Fuyuan County court, participated in persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners last fall. One night, his motorcycle turned over while he was riding after he had been drinking. He received a severe head injury and was in a coma for several days in a local hospital. He almost lost his life.
